2022年,青海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)堅持(chi)源(yuan)網荷(he)儲一體化發(fa)展(zhan)。重大(da)(da)(da)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)項(xiang)(xiang)目加快建(jian)設,第(di)一批(pi)國家(jia)大(da)(da)(da)型風電(dian)(dian)(dian)光伏基地項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)(quan)面(mian)開工,海(hai)(hai)南(nan)戈壁基地、海(hai)(hai)西(xi)(xi)柴達木沙漠基地納入國家(jia)規劃布局方案,瑪爾擋、羊曲水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站有序推進(jin),首批(pi)760萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦抽水蓄能(neng)項(xiang)(xiang)目核(he)準,實(shi)(shi)現全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)抽水蓄能(neng)項(xiang)(xiang)目核(he)準零(ling)的突破(po);西(xi)(xi)寧北750千(qian)(qian)伏輸變電(dian)(dian)(dian)工程、魚卡-托素750千(qian)(qian)伏線路等項(xiang)(xiang)目建(jian)成(cheng)投(tou)運,骨干網架結構進(jin)一步(bu)加強;世界(jie)最大(da)(da)(da)規模新能(neng)源(yuan)分布式調相(xiang)機群(qun)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建(jian)成(cheng)投(tou)運,青豫直(zhi)流最大(da)(da)(da)運行功率達到(dao)600萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦;“綠電(dian)(dian)(dian)5周”全(quan)(quan)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)再次刷新世界(jie)紀錄。青海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)聚力源(yuan)網荷(he)儲打(da)造國家(jia)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)產業高(gao)地的典型經驗做法(fa),獲(huo)國務院第(di)九次大(da)(da)(da)督(du)查通(tong)報表揚(yang),高(gao)地建(jian)設邁出堅實(shi)(shi)步(bu)伐。


青海省清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)規模突破(po)4000萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)突破(po)91%。截至2022年底(di),青海省各(ge)類電(dian)源總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)4468萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),同比(bi)增長8.6%。煤(mei)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)392萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)全部電(dian)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)的8.8%;清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)達4076萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)達91.2%。其(qi)中,水電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)1261萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)28.2%;風電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)972萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)21.8%;太陽能(neng)(neng)發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)1842萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)41.2%,生物(wu)質(zhi)發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)0.8萬千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)0.02%。

青海省2022年(nian)各類電源裝機容量及占比


清(qing)潔(jie)能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)呈現“一降(jiang)三升”特征(zheng)。2022年,青海省各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)全口徑總(zong)(zong)(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)993億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi)。清(qing)潔(jie)能源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)839億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)全部發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的84.5%。其(qi)中水電(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)427億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總(zong)(zong)(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的43.0%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)降(jiang)低15.4%,仍是第(di)一大(da)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)主體;風電(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)156億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總(zong)(zong)(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的15.7%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增加20%;太陽能發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)256億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總(zong)(zong)(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的25.8%;同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增加21.5%,生(sheng)物質發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)0.30億(yi)(yi)(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi),占(zhan)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)總(zong)(zong)(zong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的0.03%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增加30.4%。

青海省2022年(nian)各類電源年(nian)發電量及占比


青海(hai)省圍繞產(chan)業(ye)延鏈(lian)強鏈(lian)補鏈(lian),創新(xin)(xin)能力顯著(zhu)提(ti)升。多能互補綠色儲能國(guo)家(jia)重點實驗室納入《青海(hai)省十大國(guo)家(jia)級科技(ji)(ji)創新(xin)(xin)平(ping)臺培育建設工作(zuo)方案》,青海(hai)省氫能創新(xin)(xin)工程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術研究(jiu)中(zhong)心獲(huo)批成立。21臺50兆(zhao)乏新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)分布式(shi)(shi)調相(xiang)機(ji)群在青海(hai)全面建成投運,成為世界首(shou)個、規模最大的新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)分布式(shi)(shi)調相(xiang)機(ji)群,青豫直流最大運行功率達到600萬千(qian)瓦。建成國(guo)內首(shou)個100%清(qing)潔能源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)可溯源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)綠色大數據中(zhong)心,實現100%可溯源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)綠電供應(ying),重點指標和核心技(ji)(ji)術應(ying)用均處于國(guo)內領先水(shui)平(ping)。


2022年,青海省太陽能發電裝機和占比再創新高。截至2022年底,青海省太陽能發電累計裝機容量達1842萬千瓦,占比41.2%,是省內第一大電源。其中,光伏發電累計裝機容量1821萬千瓦,光熱發電累計裝機容量21萬千瓦。太陽(yang)能發電(dian)累計總(zong)裝機容量居全國(guo)第(di)7位(wei),集中式(shi)光伏裝機容量居全國(guo)第(di)2位(wei)。

太陽能(neng)年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)及(ji)占(zhan)比重穩步(bu)增(zeng)長。2022年(nian)青海省太陽能(neng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)達(da)到256億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)(shi),占(zhan)比25.8%。其(qi)中光伏發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)252億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)(shi),占(zhan)比25.4%;光熱發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)3.6億(yi)千(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)(shi),占(zhan)比0.4%。
