5月(yue)6日,由國(guo)(guo)(guo)網青(qing)海電(dian)力(li)牽頭的(de)“高比例新能(neng)源(yuan)電(dian)力(li)系統(tong)多能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)優化配置與運行(xing)關鍵技術(shu)(shu)及應用(yong)”項目順利(li)通過(guo)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)機工程學會成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)評(ping)價,研究成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)獲(huo)評(ping)“國(guo)(guo)(guo)際領(ling)先(xian)”水平。此次成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)評(ping)價特別邀請中國(guo)(guo)(guo)工程院郭劍波(bo)院士及國(guo)(guo)(guo)內相關領(ling)域知名專家聯(lian)合進行(xing),標志著(zhu)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)高比例新能(neng)源(yuan)電(dian)力(li)系統(tong)多能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)優化配置與運行(xing)關鍵技術(shu)(shu)領(ling)域取得(de)重大突破。

項目圍繞電(dian)(dian)網側(ce)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)側(ce)多(duo)(duo)(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)提升新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)消納(na)(na)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)需(xu)求,從新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)不確定(ding)性建模與(yu)互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)特(te)性分(fen)析、互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)優化配置(zhi)、互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)優化調(diao)度、互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)協(xie)調(diao)控制(zhi)四項關鍵技術著手,通過(guo)研究多(duo)(duo)(duo)類型電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在不同時(shi)間尺(chi)度、空間范圍的(de)互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)協(xie)調(diao)調(diao)度與(yu)控制(zhi)方法,滿足(zu)電(dian)(dian)網側(ce)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)側(ce)多(duo)(duo)(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)配置(zhi)與(yu)運行優化應(ying)用需(xu)求,有效提升新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)消納(na)(na),增強系統運行的(de)靈活(huo)性,為我國可再生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)持續健(jian)康發展探索新途徑。
據(ju)國網青海電科院(yuan)電網技術(shu)中心主(zhu)任(ren)宋銳介紹(shao),項(xiang)目(mu)團隊開(kai)展(zhan)產學研用聯合(he)攻關(guan),圍繞西部地區(qu)可再生能(neng)源(yuan)高效(xiao)消(xiao)納和供電安(an)全(quan)的(de)重大需求,針對新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)不(bu)確定(ding)性(xing)表(biao)征難(nan)、電源(yuan)容(rong)量配置與(yu)(yu)多點布局(ju)難(nan)、考慮新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)不(bu)確定(ding)性(xing)的(de)優(you)化調(diao)(diao)度難(nan)、實時控制(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)(yu)風險防控難(nan),開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)多能(neng)源(yuan)電力系(xi)統(tong)統(tong)一建(jian)模、規(gui)劃設計、互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)調(diao)(diao)度和控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)系(xi)統(tong)性(xing)研究。揭示(shi)了(le)(le)高比例(li)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)運行規(gui)律,提出了(le)(le)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)不(bu)確定(ding)性(xing)表(biao)征與(yu)(yu)多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)特性(xing)分(fen)析(xi)方法,突破了(le)(le)多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)協調(diao)(diao)優(you)化配置、互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)優(you)化調(diao)(diao)度與(yu)(yu)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)協調(diao)(diao)控制(zhi)(zhi)關(guan)鍵技術(shu),研發了(le)(le)網源(yuan)一體化多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)協調(diao)(diao)調(diao)(diao)度與(yu)(yu)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)、多能(neng)互(hu)(hu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)系(xi)統(tong)協調(diao)(diao)配置軟件,有(you)效(xiao)支(zhi)撐了(le)(le)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)高比例(li)消(xiao)納,為早日(ri)實現我(wo)國新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)轉型和“雙碳(tan)”目(mu)標提供了(le)(le)有(you)力的(de)技術(shu)支(zhi)撐。

“項目(mu)突破了高比例(li)新能源電(dian)力系統多(duo)能互補(bu)優化配置與運行關鍵技術,建(jian)立了高比例(li)新能源的多(duo)能互補(bu)應用(yong)典(dian)范,形成(cheng)了可(ke)借鑒、可(ke)推廣的技術成(cheng)果和實踐經驗,為推動(dong)能源基地多(duo)能互補(bu)開(kai)發與利用(yong)、提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)新能源消納能力、帶動(dong)我國(guo)(guo)新能源并網(wang)運行控制技術升(sheng)級提(ti)(ti)供了重要技術支撐。”國(guo)(guo)網(wang)青海電(dian)科院總(zong)工(gong)程師(shi)王生(sheng)杰介紹說。
目(mu)(mu)前,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)獲得發(fa)明專(zhuan)利(li)31項(xiang),授權(quan)(quan)軟件著作權(quan)(quan)7項(xiang);發(fa)表SCI/EI論(lun)文39篇,出版學術專(zhuan)著1部。自(zi)2019年以來,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成果已(yi)在青海電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)和新(xin)(xin)疆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)開(kai)展全面應用,滿足了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)側(ce)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/光伏(fu)/光熱/水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/火電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)/儲能(neng)(neng)/燃氣7種(zhong)類型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),以及12座多能(neng)(neng)互補(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)統一協調(diao)(diao)優(you)化(hua)調(diao)(diao)度(du)與控(kong)制;成果推廣應用至西北(bei)、東北(bei)、甘肅、吉林、寧(ning)夏(xia)、山西、山東、黑(hei)龍江8個(ge)省級及以上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),支撐(cheng)了上述(shu)省區(qu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)年度(du)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)消納能(neng)(neng)力評估、可再生能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)消納責任權(quan)(quan)重(zhong)測算、中(zhong)長期電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量計劃(hua)制定(ding)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)協調(diao)(diao)控(kong)制等,為(wei)促進新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)消納能(neng)(neng)力提升提供了重(zhong)要支撐(cheng),社會經濟效益顯著。

作為國家重(zhong)要新(xin)(xin)型能源(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)業(ye)基地,依(yi)托富集的風光(guang)水(shui)資源(yuan)(yuan)優勢,近年來,青海新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)迅猛(meng)發(fa)展(zhan),隨著(zhu)風力、光(guang)伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)大規模(mo)集中并網(wang)(wang),新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)在電(dian)(dian)力系統中的占比持續增加,而新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)的高度(du)不確定性、多能互補耦(ou)合復雜(za)、電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)運行狀態多變、和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)性能控(kong)制技術多樣(yang)等特性給電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)側發(fa)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)側調度(du)控(kong)制帶(dai)來了壓(ya)力和(he)(he)挑戰(zhan)。
