據中國能源(yuan)報消息(xi),鄭聲安透(tou)露,國家(jia)層面將(jiang)不專(zhuan)門做(zuo)水電(dian)(dian)、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)、光電(dian)(dian)的十四五(wu)專(zhuan)項(xiang)規劃。十四五(wu)期間,能源(yuan)行業分(fen)領域專(zhuan)項(xiang)規劃共分(fen)六個,分(fen)別為煤(mei)炭、油氣、電(dian)(dian)力、可再生能源(yuan)、技術創新(xin)、體制改(gai)革。這(zhe)打破了(le)往年單獨做(zuo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)、太陽能等可再生能源(yuan)專(zhuan)項(xiang)規劃的慣例。


多(duo)(duo)能互補是提高(gao)可(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能源消納(na)能力(li)的重(zhong)要手段。多(duo)(duo)能互補項目(mu)以(yi)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、光(guang)伏、光(guang)熱、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)主要開(kai)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,以(yi)調峰水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站、光(guang)熱儲(chu)能系(xi)統、蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池儲(chu)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站為(wei)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,多(duo)(duo)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)組(zu)合,有效解(jie)決風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和光(guang)伏不穩定、不可(ke)(ke)調的缺陷,解(jie)決用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰期和低(di)谷期電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)輸出的不平(ping)衡問題,減少棄(qi)(qi)風棄(qi)(qi)光(guang)棄(qi)(qi)水問題,促進可(ke)(ke)再生(sheng)(sheng)能源消納(na)。


多能(neng)(neng)互補的(de)(de)最(zui)典型(xing)案例是(shi)國家首(shou)批多能(neng)(neng)互補示(shi)范工(gong)程(cheng)之一(yi)的(de)(de)魯能(neng)(neng)海(hai)西700MW風光(guang)(guang)熱儲多能(neng)(neng)互補集成優化(hua)示(shi)范工(gong)程(cheng),該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)目(mu)前已全面建(jian)成并網,工(gong)程(cheng)包含400MW風電項(xiang)目(mu),200MW光(guang)(guang)伏項(xiang)目(mu),50MW光(guang)(guang)熱項(xiang)目(mu)和50MW儲能(neng)(neng)項(xiang)目(mu),以(yi)(yi)光(guang)(guang)伏、風電為主(zhu)要(yao)輸出電源,光(guang)(guang)熱、儲能(neng)(neng)電站聯合(he)(he)調(diao)(diao)節,白天(tian)積蓄電力(li)、熱量,在(zai)(zai)光(guang)(guang)伏、風力(li)發(fa)電低谷(gu)期,以(yi)(yi)熱能(neng)(neng)、電池儲能(neng)(neng)發(fa)電作為重要(yao)補充,應(ying)用泛在(zai)(zai)電力(li)物聯網建(jian)設理念(nian),構建(jian)多能(neng)(neng)互補集成優化(hua)智能(neng)(neng)調(diao)(diao)控系統(tong),建(jian)成高效快捷、互聯互動、信息共享的(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)(he)能(neng)(neng)源服務供需平臺(tai),使(shi)多種能(neng)(neng)源深度融(rong)合(he)(he),達(da)到了(le)“1+1>2”的(de)(de)效果。
