4月(yue)7日,中(zhong)(zhong)廣核新(xin)能源(阿里(li))有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)就中(zhong)(zhong)廣核阿里(li)雪域高(gao)原“零碳”光儲熱電示范項目50MW太陽能熱發(fa)電與(yu)供暖工程(cheng)常規島(dao)(dao)、儲熱島(dao)(dao)及供暖部分EPC總承包工程(cheng)發(fa)布中(zhong)(zhong)標候選人(ren)公(gong)示,中(zhong)(zhong)標候選人(ren)第一名為中(zhong)(zhong)國電建(jian)集團中(zhong)(zhong)南勘(kan)測設(she)計研(yan)究(jiu)院有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)。


據招標公(gong)告,中標人將承(cheng)擔的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)范圍為(wei):除去招標人負責(ze)的(de)范圍,本工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)所有設施總承(cheng)包工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。包括工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設計、設備材(cai)料(liao)采購供(gong)應、設備材(cai)料(liao)監造(招標人負責(ze)監造范圍除外)、建筑安裝工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管理、化鹽(yan)、注鹽(yan)、調(diao)試、試運、性(xing)能(neng)試驗(yan)、直至(zhi)完工(gong)(gong)(gong)并交付(fu)生產、以及(ji)(ji)在質量保(bao)修期(qi)內的(de)消(xiao)缺等全(quan)過程(cheng)的(de)總承(cheng)包工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,并按照工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)要(yao)求(qiu)和合同(tong)(tong)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)總價達到標準,即(ji)在滿(man)足(zu)合同(tong)(tong)其(qi)它責(ze)任(ren)和義務的(de)同(tong)(tong)時符合DL/T 5210《電力建設施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量驗(yan)收及(ji)(ji)評價規(gui)程(cheng)》(現行(xing)本)和《火電工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)達標投產驗(yan)收規(gui)程(cheng)》(DL 5277-2012)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
