金屬材料在高溫熔鹽中動態腐蝕與調控研究獲進展!

近日,中國科學院上(shang)海應用(yong)物(wu)理(li)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所熔(rong)鹽腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)化(hua)學研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)團(tuan)隊研(yan)(yan)制出LiF-BeF2熔(rong)鹽自然循(xun)環腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)回路(lu),并(bing)在(zai)該回路(lu)上(shang)探究(jiu)(jiu)了(le)(le)鎳(nie)基合金GH3535的動(dong)態腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)為及其(qi)影響因素(su)等。同(tong)時,研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基于腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)調(diao)控技(ji)術,減緩了(le)(le)GH3535合金在(zai)高溫LiF-BeF2熔(rong)鹽中的腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)速率(lv)。相關研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成果以(yi)Corrosion behavior of GH3535 alloy in molten LiF-BeF2 salt為題,發(fa)表在(zai)Corrosion Science上(shang)。

高溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)的(de)(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)性是影(ying)響金屬材料結構與(yu)性能長期穩定性的(de)(de)主要因素之一(yi)。為了闡釋溫(wen)(wen)差、熔(rong)鹽(yan)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)性與(yu)流動(dong)協同作用對材料腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)行為的(de)(de)影(ying)響,科研(yan)團隊從2019年開始攻關高溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)動(dong)態腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)與(yu)調控技術,先后研(yan)制出LiF-BeF2、LiF-NaF-KF、NaCl-KCl-MgCl2等高溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)自(zi)然循環(huan)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)回路(lu),并完(wan)成(cheng)了回路(lu)的(de)(de)調試、運行、停電和(he)熔(rong)鹽(yan)凍堵后恢復等。


研究在LiF-BeF2自然(ran)循(xun)環腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)回(hui)路中探索鎳基合金(jin)和不銹(xiu)鋼材(cai)料的腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)機制(zhi),調(diao)控(kong)(kong)覆蓋氣壓力、石(shi)墨、熔(rong)鹽腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)性等因素剖析金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料在高溫熔(rong)鹽中腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)行為及(ji)影(ying)響機制(zhi)等。目(mu)前,該團隊減緩了金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料在高溫熔(rong)鹽中的腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi),如(ru)圖所示。LiF-BeF2自然(ran)循(xun)環腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)回(hui)路連續運行已超(chao)過2年,揭示了GH3535材(cai)料的可靠性和高溫熔(rong)鹽腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)性調(diao)控(kong)(kong)的有(you)效(xiao)性。


研究(jiu)工作得到中科(ke)院戰略(lve)性先導科(ke)技(ji)專項“未來先進核裂變能(neng)——釷(tu)基熔鹽(yan)堆(dui)核能(neng)系統”“變革性潔凈能(neng)源技(ji)術與(yu)示(shi)范”的支持(chi)。
