近日,科(ke)技部對“十四(si)五(wu)”國家重點研(yan)發(fa)計(ji)劃“儲能(neng)與智能(neng)電網技術”重點專項2022年度項目申報指南征求意見。
2022年度(du)指南擬圍繞中長時間尺(chi)度(du)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、短時高頻儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、超長時間尺(chi)度(du)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、高比例可再生能(neng)(neng)源主動(dong)支(zhi)撐技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、特大(da)型交直流混聯電網安全高效(xiao)運行(xing)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、多元用(yong)戶供需互動(dong)用(yong)電與能(neng)(neng)效(xiao)提升技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、基礎支(zhi)撐技(ji)(ji)術(shu)7個技(ji)(ji)術(shu)方向(xiang),啟動(dong)26個指南任務。
其中涉及儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)細分任務九項,低(di)成本(ben)長壽命錳基儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)鋰離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、有(you)機儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、水(shui)系金屬離子(zi)(zi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、百兆瓦時級(ji)鈉離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)技術(shu)(shu)、高功率鋰離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)技術(shu)(shu)、高功率雙(shuang)離子(zi)(zi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、100MW級(ji)先進壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)技術(shu)(shu)、新一代液(ye)流電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)技術(shu)(shu)、寬液(ye)體(ti)溫域高溫熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)熱技術(shu)(shu)。其中關于(yu)熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)熱技術(shu)(shu)的描述如下:
寬液體溫域高溫熔鹽儲熱技術(共性關鍵技術)
研究內容(rong)(rong):針對(dui)電(dian)/熱(re)泵(beng)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)調峰(feng)電(dian)站、火(huo)電(dian)廠深(shen)度(du)調峰(feng)、新一代太陽能(neng)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)、多(duo)能(neng)互補(bu)綜(zong)合能(neng)源系統等(deng)對(dui)大容(rong)(rong)量超(chao)長時間高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)的要(yao)求(qiu),研究低熔(rong)點、寬溫(wen)(wen)域、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)大容(rong)(rong)量熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術,具體包(bao)括:低熔(rong)點、高(gao)分解(jie)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)、低成本、低腐蝕性(xing)的混(hun)合熔(rong)鹽(yan)材料;大容(rong)(rong)量高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)(chu)罐及其地基的設計制造與技(ji)術;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)系統集(ji)成與控制技(ji)術;10MWh高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)系統工(gong)程驗(yan)證。
考核指標(biao):研發出(chu)熔(rong)(rong)點≤150℃、分解溫度(du)≥650℃,儲熱(re)(re)(re)密(mi)度(du)≥1GJ/m3的(de)低熔(rong)(rong)點寬(kuan)液體(ti)溫域高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽配(pei)方,在600℃和空氣(qi)氣(qi)氛情況(kuang)下對不銹鋼腐蝕速率≤0.05mm/年;研制出(chu)高(gao)電(dian)壓電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)樣機(ji),電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓≥6KV,可將熔(rong)(rong)鹽由(you)200℃加熱(re)(re)(re)至(zhi)620℃以(yi)上;研制出(chu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽-水(shui)/蒸(zheng)汽換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi),換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)水(shui)/蒸(zheng)汽側工(gong)作(zuo)壓力≥10MPa,熔(rong)(rong)鹽側進出(chu)口溫差大(da)于420℃;提出(chu)大(da)容量(liang)高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲罐(guan)及其他地基的(de)設計方法(fa)和制作(zuo)工(gong)藝;進行高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲熱(re)(re)(re)系統的(de)工(gong)程驗證(zheng),驗證(zheng)系統儲熱(re)(re)(re)容量(liang)≥10MWh,熱(re)(re)(re)鹽罐(guan)溫度(du)≥620℃,儲熱(re)(re)(re)效率≥92%。
