根據全國(guo)溫室氣體自愿減排(pai)(pai)注冊登(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)系(xi)統及信(xin)(xin)息平(ping)(ping)臺(下稱全國(guo)CCER登(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)信(xin)(xin)息平(ping)(ping)臺)信(xin)(xin)息顯示,截至3月6日,全國(guo)已有(you)6個海上風電項(xiang)目(mu)和2個光(guang)熱項(xiang)目(mu)通過CCER簽(qian)發登(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji),總(zong)減排(pai)(pai)量(liang)預計達(da)近千(qian)萬(wan)噸(dun)級。其中,CSPPLAZA平(ping)(ping)臺會員單位(wei)——敦煌首(shou)航節能新能源有(you)限公司敦煌10兆瓦熔(rong)鹽塔式(shi)光(guang)熱發電項(xiang)目(mu)和敦煌10萬(wan)千(qian)瓦熔(rong)鹽塔式(shi)光(guang)熱發電項(xiang)目(mu)同步(bu)完成CCER(中國(guo)核證自愿減排(pai)(pai)量(liang))簽(qian)發登(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji),核證減排(pai)(pai)總(zong)量(liang)超50萬(wan)噸(dun)。預測CCER首(shou)單交易(yi)或(huo)將于近日啟(qi)動。
首(shou)航敦煌10+100MW熔鹽塔式光熱電站
敦煌首航節能新能源有限公司10兆瓦熔鹽塔式光熱發電項目(以下稱“本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目”)利用(yong)可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)上網(wang),從而替代以火電(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)(de)西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)提供(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)等量電(dian)(dian)(dian)量,由(you)此(ci)避免了溫室(shi)氣體(ti)排放。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目位(wei)于甘肅省敦煌市七里(li)鎮(zhen)以西的(de)(de)(de)(de)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)產(chan)業(ye)園區內,總裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量為(wei)(wei)10MW,本期(qi)建設容(rong)量為(wei)(wei)1×10MW,太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)集熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)設計(ji)主要(yao)由(you)定日(ri)鏡光場(chang)、熔鹽吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)系統(tong)、儲熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)、蒸汽(qi)發生(sheng)(sheng)系統(tong)、伴熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)組(zu)(zu)成。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目采用(yong)環形360度受(shou)光的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓柱式吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi),是(shi)由(you)多個吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)模塊組(zu)(zu)成的(de)(de)(de)(de),熔鹽從北(bei)(bei)側分兩(liang)路進(jin)入吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi),中間交叉后進(jin)入南側出吸(xi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目邊(bian)(bian)界包括(kuo)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目活(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)理邊(bian)(bian)界和(he)(he)地理邊(bian)(bian)界,以及與西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)相(xiang)連(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)所(suo)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目實施前情(qing)景(jing)和(he)(he)基準線情(qing)景(jing)是(shi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de),即電(dian)(dian)(dian)力全(quan)部由(you)西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)范圍內的(de)(de)(de)(de)其(qi)它并網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)運(yun)行產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)或(huo)者由(you)新增電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)提供(gong)。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目設計(ji)年(nian)平均上網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量為(wei)(wei)41934.375,年(nian)運(yun)行小時數4,725小時。在10年(nian)計(ji)入期(qi)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)年(nian)均減排量為(wei)(wei)26441 tCO2e,總減排量為(wei)(wei)264410 tCO2e。
敦煌首航節能新能源有限公司敦煌10萬千瓦熔鹽塔式光熱發電項目(以(yi)下稱“本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)”)利用可再生能(neng)源太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)上(shang)網(wang)(wang),從而替代(dai)以(yi)火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主(zhu)的(de)(de)西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)提供(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)等量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),由此(ci)避免了溫室氣體排(pai)放。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)位(wei)于甘肅省敦煌市七里鎮以(yi)西的(de)(de)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)產業園區,總裝機(ji)容量(liang)為100MW,本期建設(she)1×100MW熔鹽塔式太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)熱(re)(re)(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)集熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設(she)計主(zhu)要由定日鏡光場、熔鹽吸熱(re)(re)(re)器系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、蒸汽發(fa)生系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、伴熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)采用環形(xing)360度受光的(de)(de)圓柱(zhu)式吸熱(re)(re)(re)器,由14個管屏組成,熔鹽從北(bei)(bei)側(ce)(ce)分兩路進入吸熱(re)(re)(re)器,每路將(jiang)經過3個管屏中間交叉(cha)后進入南側(ce)(ce)出吸熱(re)(re)(re)器。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)邊界包括項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)活動的(de)(de)物理邊界和地理邊界,以(yi)及與西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)相(xiang)連的(de)(de)所(suo)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)實施前(qian)情(qing)景和基(ji)準線情(qing)景是相(xiang)同的(de)(de),即電(dian)(dian)(dian)力全部由西北(bei)(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)范圍(wei)內的(de)(de)其它并網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)運行產生或者由新增電(dian)(dian)(dian)源提供(gong)(gong)。本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)設(she)計年平均上(shang)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)為355,600.8MWh,年運行小時數3912小時。在10年計入期內的(de)(de)年均減(jian)排(pai)量(liang)為224224 tCO2e,總減(jian)排(pai)量(liang)為2242240 tCO2e。
