12月(yue)4日(ri),電(dian)科院電(dian)研(yan)公(gong)司大型熔鹽儲熱系統關鍵(jian)設(she)備及(ji)運行策略優化研(yan)究公(gong)開招標(biao)項目中標(biao)候選人(ren)公(gong)示,中標(biao)候選人(ren)第一名為(wei)山東(dong)大學。
據此前招標公告,項目概況、招標范圍及標段(包)劃分:
(1)項目概況:龍源電力龍源(敦煌)新能(neng)源發展有限(xian)公(gong)司100MW熔鹽(yan)線(xian)性菲涅爾光熱(re)(re)(re)電站采用二元(yuan)熔鹽(yan)(60%NaNO3和(he)40%KNO3)作為儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)介質,有效儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)容量(liang)為1850MWht(以汽輪機額定效率折算(suan)等效儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)8h),總熔鹽(yan)量(liang)為23050t。
(2)招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)范圍:招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)人(ren)已中標(biao)龍(long)源電(dian)力(li)龍(long)源(敦(dun)煌(huang))新(xin)能源發(fa)展有(you)限(xian)公司100MW熔鹽線性(xing)菲(fei)涅爾(er)光熱電(dian)站的常(chang)規島(dao)綜合(he)優化研究項(xiang)目(mu),需委托具有(you)一(yi)定資質的單位協助(zhu)招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)人(ren)開展承接的項(xiang)目(mu)中有(you)關熔鹽儲換熱系統(tong)研究的相關工作,包(bao)括(kuo)相關技術研究及(ji)系統(tong)優化、知識產權及(ji)成果申報、項(xiang)目(mu)評審(shen)及(ji)驗收組織等(deng)工作內容(rong)。
(3)標段(包)劃(hua)分:大型熔鹽儲熱系統(tong)關(guan)鍵設(she)備(bei)及運行策略優化研究為1個標段。
主要研究內容及預期目標:
(1)基于(yu)100MW熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)線性(xing)菲(fei)涅(nie)爾(er)光熱(re)(re)電站,開展高溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)罐(guan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)選(xuan)型研(yan)(yan)(yan)究、高溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)罐(guan)的(de)(de)預熱(re)(re)方(fang)案(an)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究、高溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)罐(guan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)分配研(yan)(yan)(yan)究、高溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統運行策略研(yan)(yan)(yan)究、大(da)型熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)疏鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)系(xi)統優化設(she)計研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(包(bao)括(kuo)疏鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)系(xi)統優化、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)罐(guan)最(zui)低液位優化)、基于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)先進系(xi)統方(fang)案(an)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(包(bao)括(kuo)多元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)物性(xing)調研(yan)(yan)(yan)及分析、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)-水/水蒸(zheng)氣/煙氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)器換(huan)熱(re)(re)特性(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究、基于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)換(huan)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統的(de)(de)先進動力系(xi)統方(fang)案(an));
(2)對產(chan)生的(de)科技(ji)成果進行申報,形成專題分析報告(gao)6份(以(yi)正式(shi)蓋章版為(wei)準)、受(shou)(shou)理(li)發(fa)明專利(li)10項(以(yi)受(shou)(shou)理(li)通(tong)知(zhi)書為(wei)準)、發(fa)表(biao)核心(xin)期刊及以(yi)上論文(wen)6篇(以(yi)錄用通(tong)知(zhi)書為(wei)準);
(3)組織專(zhuan)家圍繞該項目的研(yan)究進展,開展3次項目評審的會(hui)議組織工作(zuo)。
(4)經本(ben)項目綜合優(you)化(hua)后,龍源(yuan)電力龍源(yuan)(敦煌)新能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)展有限(xian)公司100MW熔(rong)鹽線(xian)性菲涅(nie)爾光熱電站,二元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽使用量(liang)不超(chao)過22650噸,較初步設(she)計指標(23050t)降低400噸以上。
