12月10日(ri),電科院電研公司大(da)型熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲熱系統關(guan)鍵(jian)設備及運行策(ce)略優(you)化研究公開招標(biao)(biao)項目中(zhong)標(biao)(biao)結果公告,中(zhong)標(biao)(biao)人為山(shan)東大(da)學(xue)。

(1)項(xiang)目概況:龍(long)源電(dian)力(li)龍(long)源(敦煌)新能源發展有限公(gong)司(si)100MW熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)線性菲涅爾光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)站采用二元熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(60%NaNO3和40%KNO3)作為(wei)儲熱(re)介質,有效(xiao)儲熱(re)容量(liang)為(wei)1850MWht(以汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)額定效(xiao)率折算等效(xiao)儲熱(re)8h),總熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)量(liang)為(wei)23050t。
(2)招標范圍(wei):招標人(ren)已中標龍源(yuan)電(dian)力龍源(yuan)(敦煌(huang))新能源(yuan)發展有(you)限公司100MW熔鹽線性菲涅爾光熱電(dian)站的常規(gui)島綜合(he)優(you)化研(yan)究項目,需(xu)委托具有(you)一定資質的單(dan)位協助招標人(ren)開展承接的項目中有(you)關熔鹽儲換(huan)熱系統研(yan)究的相關工作,包括相關技術研(yan)究及系統優(you)化、知識產權及成果申報、項目評審及驗收組織等工作內(nei)容。
(3)標(biao)段(包)劃(hua)分:大型熔(rong)鹽儲熱系統關鍵設備(bei)及運(yun)行策略(lve)優化研究(jiu)為1個標(biao)段。
主要研究內容及預期目標:
(1)基(ji)于(yu)100MW熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)線性菲涅爾(er)光熱電站,開展高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲熱罐(guan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵選型(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲熱罐(guan)的預熱方(fang)案(an)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲熱罐(guan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)分配研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、高(gao)溫熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲熱系統(tong)(tong)運行策(ce)略(lve)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、大型(xing)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)疏(shu)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)系統(tong)(tong)優(you)(you)化(hua)設計研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(包括疏(shu)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)系統(tong)(tong)優(you)(you)化(hua)、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲罐(guan)最低液(ye)位優(you)(you)化(hua))、基(ji)于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲熱的先進系統(tong)(tong)方(fang)案(an)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(包括多元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)物性調研(yan)(yan)(yan)及分析、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)-水(shui)/水(shui)蒸氣(qi)/煙氣(qi)換熱器換熱特性研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、基(ji)于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)儲換熱系統(tong)(tong)的先進動力系統(tong)(tong)方(fang)案(an));
(2)對產生(sheng)的(de)科技(ji)成(cheng)果進行申報,形成(cheng)專題分析(xi)報告(gao)6份(以(yi)正式蓋章版為準)、受理發明專利10項(xiang)(以(yi)受理通知書為準)、發表核(he)心(xin)期刊及以(yi)上(shang)論文6篇(以(yi)錄用通知書為準);
(3)組織專(zhuan)家圍繞該(gai)項目的(de)(de)研究(jiu)進展,開展3次項目評審的(de)(de)會議組織工作。
(4)經本項目綜(zong)合優化后,龍(long)源(yuan)電(dian)力(li)龍(long)源(yuan)(敦煌)新(xin)能源(yuan)發展(zhan)有(you)限公司100MW熔(rong)鹽(yan)線性菲涅爾光熱電(dian)站,二元熔(rong)鹽(yan)使(shi)用量不超過22650噸,較初步設計指標(23050t)降低400噸以(yi)上。
