加快推進綠色低碳和數智化轉型,提升管理效能


一(yi)是(shi)(shi)推動節能(neng)(neng)(neng)降(jiang)(jiang)碳(tan)(tan)。聚(ju)焦主要(yao)耗能(neng)(neng)(neng)單元和(he)重點(dian)用能(neng)(neng)(neng)設(she)備,采取關停并轉、節能(neng)(neng)(neng)提(ti)效(xiao)、燃(ran)氣轉電(dian)等舉措(cuo)。實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)光(guang)(guang)電(dian)、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)、余熱(re)(re)等多種清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)替代,成(cheng)(cheng)功投運30兆瓦光(guang)(guang)伏電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)10兆瓦光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)鏡場(chang)(chang),推廣應(ying)(ying)用水源(yuan)(yuan)熱(re)(re)泵機(ji)組和(he)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)儲加(jia)熱(re)(re)爐。在油(you)氣產(chan)(chan)量連(lian)年快(kuai)速攀升(sheng)的(de)情況下(xia),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗強(qiang)度、碳(tan)(tan)排放強(qiang)度雙控(kong)雙降(jiang)(jiang),2023年同(tong)比分(fen)別下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)63%、22%,建成(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)石(shi)油(you)首(shou)個百萬(wan)噸級(ji)零化(hua)石(shi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消耗油(you)田,10座(zuo)井(jing)場(chang)(chang)通過碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和(he)認證(zheng)。二是(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)減(jian)污(wu)(wu)擴(kuo)綠(lv)(lv)。踐行(xing)“開發(fa)一(yi)個區(qu)塊、建設(she)一(yi)片綠(lv)(lv)洲(zhou)、撐起一(yi)片藍(lan)天”的(de)理(li)念,堅持污(wu)(wu)染物源(yuan)(yuan)頭減(jian)量化(hua)、處(chu)置規范化(hua)、末端資源(yuan)(yuan)化(hua)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)火(huo)炬熄滅(mie)等措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)資源(yuan)(yuan)化(hua)利用及無(wu)害化(hua)處(chu)置率(lv)100%、污(wu)(wu)泥減(jian)量73.5%。克服沙漠戈壁惡劣自然條件,新增(zeng)綠(lv)(lv)化(hua)面積350畝,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)活區(qu)域(yu)綠(lv)(lv)化(hua)覆蓋率(lv)提(ti)升(sheng)至82%,哈(ha)得遜油(you)田入選國家綠(lv)(lv)色礦山名(ming)錄。三是(shi)(shi)加(jia)快(kuai)數智賦能(neng)(neng)(neng)。聚(ju)焦油(you)氣開采、集輸、處(chu)理(li)全業務鏈(lian),配(pei)套完(wan)善基(ji)礎設(she)施(shi)(shi),深化(hua)數智技(ji)術應(ying)(ying)用,推進(jin)管理(li)轉型升(sheng)級(ji),加(jia)快(kuai)數智化(hua)油(you)田建設(she)。完(wan)善數據采集和(he)視頻監控(kong),試點(dian)黑(hei)屏(ping)操作(zuo),推廣安眼工程,單井(jing)線(xian)上巡檢率(lv)、中(zhong)小(xiao)站(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)無(wu)人值守(shou)率(lv)均達到(dao)100%。建成(cheng)(cheng)1個生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)調控(kong)中(zhong)心和(he)4個區(qu)域(yu)控(kong)制中(zhong)心,將面積1.7萬(wan)平方公里范圍內的(de)619個油(you)氣井(jing)站(zhan)(zhan)變成(cheng)(cheng)“有(you)圍墻”的(de)工廠,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)宏觀生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)態(tai)勢(shi)“可(ke)(ke)視”、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)運行(xing)“可(ke)(ke)監”、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)調度處(chu)置“可(ke)(ke)調”。


著力提升價值創造能力,實現效益開發


一是夯(hang)實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)益產(chan)量。強化(hua)(hua)“技術+管理”創(chuang)新,深(shen)入(ru)挖掘效(xiao)益產(chan)量,充分發揮每(mei)口井的(de)最大經濟價(jia)值(zhi)。深(shen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)質研究、強化(hua)(hua)資料錄(lu)取,精準(zhun)刻畫(hua)油(you)(you)藏剩余油(you)(you)分布規律及(ji)位置,精確量化(hua)(hua)每(mei)口單井油(you)(you)藏潛(qian)力(li)。通過(guo)優化(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)度、泵(beng)掛深(shen)度、清蠟周期等舉措,油(you)(you)井檢泵(beng)周期最高達5717天,創(chuang)造中(zhong)國石油(you)(you)集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)最高紀錄(lu)。二是深(shen)化(hua)(hua)提質增效(xiao)。改變傳統僅將甲(jia)(jia)(jia)方(fang)員(yuan)工(gong)納入(ru)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)生產(chan)率(lv)核算的(de)做法,建(jian)立甲(jia)(jia)(jia)乙(yi)(yi)方(fang)一體(ti)(ti)的(de)全員(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)生產(chan)率(lv)考核指標。以此為(wei)牽引,采(cai)取井下作(zuo)業工(gong)序總包(bao)、地(di)面工(gong)程設計優化(hua)(hua)等一系列措施,打造提質增效(xiao)“增值(zhi)版”。2023年(nian)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)控投降本創(chuang)效(xiao)2.3億元,甲(jia)(jia)(jia)乙(yi)(yi)方(fang)全員(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)生產(chan)率(lv)提升(sheng)至(zhi)1229萬(wan)元/人(ren)。三是踐(jian)行共(gong)(gong)建(jian)共(gong)(gong)享(xiang);全面推(tui)行甲(jia)(jia)(jia)乙(yi)(yi)方(fang)聯合黨建(jian),通過(guo)組織共(gong)(gong)建(jian)、隊伍共(gong)(gong)管、任務共(gong)(gong)擔、成果共(gong)(gong)享(xiang),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了甲(jia)(jia)(jia)乙(yi)(yi)雙方(fang)“站在一起、想在一起、干在一起”;建(jian)立“一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)總包(bao)、集(ji)約化(hua)(hua)管理、專業化(hua)(hua)支(zhi)撐”的(de)運維(wei)模式,在場(chang)站運維(wei)成本下降8%的(de)同時,承包(bao)商(shang)員(yuan)工(gong)收入(ru)顯著增長,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)乙(yi)(yi)方(fang)互利共(gong)(gong)贏、協同發展。
