8月19日,中國(guo)(guo)能(neng)建(jian)安(an)徽電(dian)建(jian)二公司承(cheng)接(jie)的(de)世界最(zui)大煤(mei)電(dian)機組熔鹽儲(chu)熱(re)項目(mu)、全國(guo)(guo)首個熔鹽儲(chu)熱(re)替代電(dian)化學儲(chu)能(neng)項目(mu)——國(guo)(guo)能(neng)宿州熱(re)電(dian)熔鹽儲(chu)熱(re)煤(mei)電(dian)靈活性(xing)技術研究(jiu)應用項目(mu)取得最(zui)新(xin)進展,換熱(re)島部(bu)分(fen)的(de)第一根鋼結構吊(diao)裝完成,標志(zhi)著該項目(mu)建(jian)設正式進入安(an)裝工程階段(duan)。

該(gai)項(xiang)目是以宿(su)州熱(re)電廠2臺350兆瓦(wa)超(chao)臨界燃(ran)煤汽(qi)輪發電機組(zu)為(wei)基礎,開展的熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲能(neng)在火(huo)電機組(zu)靈活(huo)性(xing)改造(zao)及深度調(diao)峰中的研究與應用。項(xiang)目通(tong)過增加熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲熱(re)系(xi)統,在保證最大供(gong)熱(re)量(liang)的情況下(xia),調(diao)峰能(neng)力降(jiang)低(di)至(zhi)30%額定發電負荷,當(dang)需要頂尖(jian)峰100%THA發電負荷運行時,由儲熱(re)系(xi)統提供(gong)供(gong)熱(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi),機組(zu)抽少(shao)量(liang)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)為(wei)儲熱(re)系(xi)統保溫。
根據設計方(fang)案,該項目2臺機組共用1套熔鹽儲能系統,主(zhu)要(yao)構建筑(zhu)物包(bao)括熱熔鹽儲罐、冷熔鹽儲罐、鋼結構桁架(jia)、熱交換平臺等(deng)。安(an)(an)徽電建二公司主(zhu)要(yao)施工范圍包(bao)括主(zhu)體鋼結構安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),所有換熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸發器(qi)(qi)、汽包(bao)等(deng)壓力容器(qi)(qi)和相(xiang)關管(guan)道(dao)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),以(yi)及(ji)項目范圍內所有的機電設備安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和廠區道(dao)路硬(ying)化、綠化等(deng)附屬工程。
經測算,該項目可使宿州(zhou)電(dian)廠2臺35萬(wan)千瓦供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)尖(jian)峰(feng)達到(dao)(dao)最(zui)高發(fa)電(dian)額定負荷,滿足220噸/小(xiao)時(shi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)汽量(liang)運行4小(xiao)時(shi)和(he)36噸/小(xiao)時(shi)最(zui)大供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)量(liang)連續(xu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)9小(xiao)時(shi)要求,在連續(xu)保障工(gong)業供(gong)(gong)(gong)汽的(de)同時(shi),可增加深調能(neng)力至30%額定負荷以下(xia),帶供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)條件(jian)下(xia)的(de)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)最(zui)高負荷也可由80%提升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)100%額定負荷,將全(quan)面提升(sheng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)機(ji)組(zu)尖(jian)峰(feng)發(fa)電(dian)能(neng)力。通過技術(shu)應用,該項目每年(nian)可減(jian)少約(yue)(yue)6萬(wan)噸標煤使用量(liang),降低碳排量(liang)約(yue)(yue)8.5萬(wan)噸。
國能宿(su)州(zhou)熱電(dian)(dian)熔鹽儲熱項目的實施,是推動(dong)燃煤機組向基礎保障(zhang)性(xing)和(he)系統調節性(xing)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)并重轉型,助(zhu)力新(xin)(xin)型電(dian)(dian)力系統安全穩(wen)定運(yun)行的重要(yao)創新(xin)(xin)和(he)實踐,將進一(yi)步推動(dong)我國能源(yuan)轉型和(he)可(ke)持(chi)續發展,助(zhu)力“雙(shuang)碳”目標達成。
