巍巍昆侖(lun),雪山(shan)腳(jiao)下,一座現代(dai)化光熱電(dian)站拔地而起(qi),為千家萬戶帶來光明(ming)。
魯(lu)(lu)能格爾木多能互補工程(cheng)50MW塔式(shi)光熱(re)電站是世(shi)界上首個(ge)集風光熱(re)儲調荷(he)于一體的(de)多能互補科技創新項(xiang)目——魯(lu)(lu)能海西多能互補集成優化國家級示范工程(cheng)的(de)組成部分(fen)(另建有200MW光伏項(xiang)目、400MW風電項(xiang)目及50MW儲能項(xiang)目)。
電(dian)站位于青海格(ge)爾(er)木(mu)市東光(guang)伏發電(dian)園區,海拔2800m,采(cai)用塔式熔鹽太陽能熱發電(dian)技術,主要由(you)聚光(guang)吸熱系(xi)統(tong)、儲(chu)熱和蒸汽(qi)發生系(xi)統(tong)、高(gao)(gao)溫高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(540℃,14MPa)再(zai)熱純凝(ning)汽(qi)輪發電(dian)機(ji)系(xi)統(tong)以(yi)及其他輔助設(she)施組成。單臺定(ding)日鏡面(mian)(mian)積(ji)138m2,總采(cai)光(guang)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)61萬m2,定(ding)日鏡數量為(wei)4400臺;混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)塔高(gao)(gao)147.4m,吸熱器高(gao)(gao)度為(wei)40.7m,吸熱器額定(ding)功率為(wei)280MW;儲(chu)熱時長12小時;汽(qi)輪機(ji)采(cai)用沖動式汽(qi)輪機(ji)組,發電(dian)機(ji)中置,一(yi)端(duan)(duan)連接高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)缸,另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)連接低壓(ya)缸,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)缸轉速10031rpm,通過減速箱(xiang)與發電(dian)機(ji)相連接,低壓(ya)缸轉速3000rpm,軸向排(pai)汽(qi),發電(dian)機(ji)采(cai)用無(wu)刷(shua)勵(li)磁系(xi)統(tong),直接空冷排(pai)汽(qi)系(xi)統(tong)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)于2018年5月(yue)8日(ri)開工(gong)建設(she),2019年9月(yue)19日(ri)并網發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),成為(wei)我(wo)國首個(ge)儲熱(re)時長最(zui)長、可實(shi)現24小時連(lian)續穩(wen)定(ding)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的塔式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。通過運(yun)行(xing)發(fa)(fa)現,光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)能(neng)夠很好地(di)解決(jue)(jue)傳統可再生能(neng)源(yuan)間(jian)歇(xie)性問題(ti),為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網調峰調頻提供支撐(cheng),穩(wen)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網輸送能(neng)力,有效解決(jue)(jue)“棄風棄光”的難(nan)題(ti),為(wei)我(wo)國能(neng)源(yuan)轉型起(qi)到了積(ji)極的示范、推動作用。2023年,魯能(neng)格爾木多能(neng)互補工(gong)程50MW塔式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)年度(du)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)9102.76萬kWh,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)單日(ri)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)最(zui)高達(da)109.62萬kWh,月(yue)度(du)最(zui)高發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)1067.38萬kWh。
該電站(zhan)將風電、光(guang)伏、光(guang)熱、儲能(neng)(neng)深度融合,達(da)到“1+1>2”的效果,將對(dui)國內光(guang)熱技術推(tui)廣(guang)應用(yong)以及推(tui)動地方(fang)清(qing)潔能(neng)(neng)源和經濟社(she)會發展發揮重(zhong)要作用(yong)。
