8月4日,海南公司青(qing)豫直流二期100萬千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)熱項目(mu)10萬千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)熱建(jian)設項目(mu)接入方案獲(huo)得青(qing)海省電(dian)網(wang)公司批(pi)復,進一步為項目(mu)開工建(jian)設及順利并(bing)網(wang)奠定基礎。

本項目(mu)位于(yu)(yu)青海(hai)省海(hai)南州(zhou)共(gong)和(he)(he)塔拉灘,項目(mu)總規模為光伏90萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)和(he)(he)光熱(re)發(fa)電10萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),為國家能源集(ji)團投資建(jian)設的首個塔式光熱(re)發(fa)電項目(mu)。10萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)光熱(re)電站(zhan)場(chang)址位于(yu)(yu)海(hai)南州(zhou)生態太陽能發(fa)電園區南部,距離共(gong)和(he)(he)縣城約33km。場(chang)址鄰近共(gong)玉(yu)高速和(he)(he)G214國道,對(dui)外交通條件便利。
該(gai)項(xiang)目擬新建光熱(re)(re)發電裝機(ji)規(gui)模100MW,采用熔(rong)鹽(yan)塔式技術路線(xian),暫定(ding)鏡(jing)場總采光面積不低于70.02萬m2,吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器(qi)功(gong)率(lv)355MWt,選(xuan)用二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)作為(wei)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)介質,溫(wen)度(du)參數為(wei)290/565℃,配置儲(chu)熱(re)(re)規(gui)模2780MWht,等(deng)效儲(chu)熱(re)(re)時長12h,汽(qi)輪機(ji)初選(xuan)超高壓、高溫(wen)、一(yi)次中間再熱(re)(re)、8級抽汽(qi)凝汽(qi)式直接空(kong)冷機(ji)組,額(e)定(ding)功(gong)率(lv)100MW。
本(ben)項目100MW光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)計劃采(cai)(cai)用1回110kV線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)就近(jin)接入(ru)思明(ming)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)110kV低壓側(ce),新建一個110kV間隔(ge)。本(ben)項目110kV送(song)出線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)包括兩部(bu)分,一是由光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)110kVGIS出口至(zhi)臨近(jin)光(guang)(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)10萬千瓦項目110kVGIS,單回線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)度約1.3km,全部(bu)采(cai)(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜敷設,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)輸送(song)容(rong)量100MW,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜截(jie)(jie)面(mian)采(cai)(cai)用1×630mm2;二是由臨近(jin)光(guang)(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)10萬千瓦項目110kV升(sheng)壓站(zhan)(zhan)110kV出線(xian)(xian)構架至(zhi)思明(ming)330kV變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),新建一條單回110kV線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu),將100MW光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)和100MW光(guang)(guang)伏一起打捆(kun)送(song)出,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)度約9.7km,其中架空線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)度約9.2km.導線(xian)(xian)截(jie)(jie)面(mian)初擬(ni)選用2×JL/GIA-240/30鋼芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)0.5km,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜截(jie)(jie)面(mian)初擬(ni)選用1600mm2。最終(zhong)接入(ru)系統方(fang)案,以(yi)接入(ru)系統設計及其審(shen)查意見為準。
項(xiang)目建成(cheng)后,預計年(nian)平均發(fa)電量22287.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa)時,每年(nian)可節(jie)約(yue)標(biao)準煤約(yue)62.01萬(wan)噸,減少二氧化(hua)碳(tan)排放量約(yue)207.74噸,具有(you)較(jiao)好的經(jing)濟效益、社會(hui)效益和生態效益,具有(you)良好的示范作用,將有(you)效推動(dong)區域清(qing)潔、低(di)碳(tan)能(neng)源體系的構建。
目前,該公(gong)(gong)司(si)正(zheng)在開(kai)展招標工作(zuo),全力(li)推進項(xiang)目正(zheng)式(shi)開(kai)工前的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)準(zhun)備(bei),同時邀請設(she)(she)計院、光熱方面的(de)(de)相關專家對項(xiang)目建設(she)(she)中的(de)(de)各(ge)類技(ji)術問題、重點難點任務進行深入的(de)(de)研(yan)討(tao)。下一(yi)(yi)步(bu),該公(gong)(gong)司(si)將深入落實“兩高(gao)一(yi)(yi)低”要求,努力(li)打造集安(an)全、質(zhi)量(liang)、創新于一(yi)(yi)體的(de)(de)優質(zhi)工程,為(wei)青(qing)海公(gong)(gong)司(si)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)建設(she)(she)一(yi)(yi)流清潔(jie)能(neng)源示范企業貢獻新的(de)(de)更大力(li)量(liang)。
