據標(biao)準聯(lian)合網(wang)消息,5月6日(ri)上午,由中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)科(ke)技產業化(hua)促進會(hui)立項,中(zhong)(zhong)建三局第(di)二(er)建設(she)工(gong)程有(you)(you)限(xian)責(ze)任公(gong)(gong)司(si)提出并(bing)牽頭制定的《陶粒型熔融(rong)鹽儲(chu)熱罐基礎建造技術(shu)及驗(yan)收規(gui)程》團(tuan)體標(biao)準審查會(hui)召開。來自重(zhong)慶大(da)學(xue)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)工(gong)程顧(gu)問集團(tuan)西北電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)設(she)計(ji)(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、山東電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)建設(she)第(di)三工(gong)程有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、國(guo)核電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)規(gui)劃(hua)設(she)計(ji)(ji)研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、西北電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)建設(she)第(di)三工(gong)程有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、甘肅藍科(ke)石(shi)化(hua)高新(xin)裝備股份(fen)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)科(ke)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)研(yan)究所的7名專家(jia)組(zu)(zu)成了專家(jia)審查組(zu)(zu)。重(zhong)慶大(da)學(xue)張(zhang)希黔教授擔任專家(jia)審查組(zu)(zu)組(zu)(zu)長(chang),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)工(gong)程顧(gu)問集團(tuan)西北電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)設(she)計(ji)(ji)院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)新(xin)能源工(gong)程公(gong)(gong)司(si)總經理、國(guo)家(jia)光熱聯(lian)盟(meng)副(fu)理事長(chang)趙曉(xiao)輝擔任專家(jia)審查組(zu)(zu)副(fu)組(zu)(zu)長(chang)。
專家審查組聽取(qu)了標準編制單位對(dui)《陶粒型熔融鹽(yan)儲熱罐基(ji)礎(chu)建(jian)造技術及驗收(shou)規程(cheng)》團體標準的(de)(de)編制背(bei)景及過程(cheng)的(de)(de)匯報,并對(dui)標準送審稿進行了審查。
經過討論和審查評議,與(yu)會專家認為該(gai)標(biao)(biao)準對(dui)熔融鹽儲(chu)熱(re)罐基礎的(de)(de)建(jian)造及驗收進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了規定,該(gai)文件的(de)(de)內(nei)容對(dui)于推(tui)動熔融鹽儲(chu)熱(re)罐基礎施工技(ji)術標(biao)(biao)準化具有積極的(de)(de)作用。專家們一致同(tong)意該(gai)標(biao)(biao)準通過審查,要求標(biao)(biao)準編制單位根據與(yu)會專家建(jian)議進(jin)(jin)一步修(xiu)改完善文本,按(an)相(xiang)關(guan)程序進(jin)(jin)行(xing)審批發布。
陶粒(li)型(xing)熔融鹽(yan)儲熱罐基礎(chu)建(jian)造技(ji)術應用
據悉,該標準(zhun)適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)如塔(ta)式、槽式及(ji)蝶式等以熔(rong)鹽作為高效儲熱(re)介質的光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電項目或其(qi)他工業(ye)儲能(neng)項目,可(ke)填補(bu)國家(jia)在光(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站熔(rong)鹽罐基礎施工標準(zhun)的空白,特別有助(zhu)于(yu)推(tui)動光(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電技術在我國的推(tui)廣和(he)應(ying)用(yong),并可(ke)帶動相(xiang)關高效儲能(neng)產業(ye)的發(fa)展(zhan),助(zhu)力“碳(tan)達峰”、“碳(tan)中和(he)”目標實現。
