2022年5月17日,《太陽能光伏光熱綜合利用系統效能評價》第三次工作會議順利召開,會議采用線上的方式進行。
制定《太陽能光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)綜合(he)利(li)(li)用系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)效(xiao)(xiao)能評價》,規范(fan)并統(tong)(tong)(tong)一了光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)綜合(he)利(li)(li)用系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)效(xiao)(xiao)能評價指標和測試方法,使得行業內可(ke)以用一種(zhong)科學且(qie)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一的尺度,衡量對比各種(zhong)產品的性能。本標準(zhun)適用于太陽能光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)綜合(he)利(li)(li)用系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)一體化(hua)(PV/T)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(PV/T)-熱(re)(re)泵等系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的綜合(he)利(li)(li)用效(xiao)(xiao)能評價。

會(hui)(hui)議首先(xian)(xian)對(dui)(dui)本標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)第(di)二(er)次(ci)工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)相關(guan)情況、會(hui)(hui)后(hou)與參編(bian)(bian)單位(wei)對(dui)(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)內容進(jin)行(xing)溝通完善的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)果(guo)及本次(ci)會(hui)(hui)議需(xu)要(yao)(yao)重(zhong)點(dian)討論的(de)(de)(de)內容進(jin)行(xing)了簡要(yao)(yao)介紹。戴(dai)自(zi)祝老師指(zhi)(zhi)出,當前(qian)俄烏沖突(tu)加劇(ju)全球能(neng)(neng)(neng)源危機(ji),我國清潔能(neng)(neng)(neng)源的(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)迫在(zai)眉睫。《太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)系統(tong)(tong)效能(neng)(neng)(neng)評價(jia)》對(dui)(dui)如(ru)何高效發(fa)(fa)電、設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)運行(xing)維(wei)護、解決電網(wang)友好等相關(guan)問題進(jin)行(xing)了仔細探討,以彌補光(guang)(guang)伏-光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)體化設(she)備在(zai)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)制定(ding)方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)空白。鄧高峰主任表示,國際能(neng)(neng)(neng)源形(xing)勢的(de)(de)(de)變化使太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)成(cheng)為全球關(guan)注的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個發(fa)(fa)展方向(xiang),不斷地涌現出一(yi)些新產(chan)品、新技(ji)術。光(guang)(guang)伏、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)甚(shen)至熱(re)(re)(re)泵,各(ge)種(zhong)可(ke)再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)源的(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)技(ji)術結合(he)起來后(hou),會(hui)(hui)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個綜(zong)合(he)性的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)系統(tong)(tong),當前(qian)急(ji)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)對(dui)(dui)綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效的(de)(de)(de)評價(jia)方法,我們應時(shi)應需(xu),發(fa)(fa)起了《太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)系統(tong)(tong)效能(neng)(neng)(neng)評價(jia)》標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)編(bian)(bian)制,希望(wang)參編(bian)(bian)工(gong)作(zuo)組人(ren)員能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠各(ge)抒己見,對(dui)(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)所涉及的(de)(de)(de)參數和指(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)進(jin)行(xing)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)探討,以確(que)保標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)性和可(ke)執行(xing)性。
