研究 | 光伏光熱聯合發電基地并網優化調度模型

近日,國網青海省電力公司經濟技術研究院、東南大學電氣工程學院、中國電力科研究院有限公司的苗淼、劉賽、施濤等在《中國電力》上發表題為《光伏光熱聯合發電基地并網優化調度模型》的論文。


論文表(biao)示:太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)能(neng)(neng)源基(ji)(ji)地(di)建(jian)設(she)正在從(cong)單一光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)(xiang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)等多(duo)種太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)能(neng)(neng)源利用形(xing)式方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。借助光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)(de)大容量(liang)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)裝置(zhi)和(he)具(ju)備快速爬(pa)坡速率的(de)(de)汽輪機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu),光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)聯合(he)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)地(di)的(de)(de)并(bing)網運(yun)(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)可(ke)調度(du)性(xing)和(he)可(ke)控性(xing)大大提(ti)(ti)升。從(cong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)聯合(he)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)地(di)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)理(li)出發(fa)(fa),建(jian)立了(le)基(ji)(ji)于改進粒子群算法的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)兩階(jie)段優(you)化(hua)調度(du)模型,第(di)(di)一階(jie)段以(yi)削(xue)減等效負荷峰谷差(cha)、改善負荷曲線為(wei)優(you)化(hua)目標,第(di)(di)二(er)階(jie)段以(yi)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)總成本最小為(wei)優(you)化(hua)目標。該模型滿足光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)(de)主要運(yun)(yun)行(xing)約束(shu)和(he)傳統機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)組(zu)合(he)安(an)全約束(shu),適用于光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)聯合(he)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)地(di)并(bing)網調度(du)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)。對10機(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)統的(de)(de)仿真表(biao)明,在完全接納(na)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)前提(ti)(ti)下,光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)(ji)地(di)在削(xue)減等效峰谷差(cha)、提(ti)(ti)高新能(neng)(neng)源消(xiao)納(na)和(he)降低發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)總煤(mei)耗效益顯(xian)著(zhu),同時對于光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站的(de)(de)靈敏度(du)分析表(biao)明,在規(gui)劃建(jian)設(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站時可(ke)根據(ju)單位峰谷差(cha)削(xue)減量(liang)以(yi)及(ji)建(jian)設(she)成本來選(xuan)擇合(he)適的(de)(de)裝機(ji)(ji)(ji)容量(liang)和(he)儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)裝置(zhi)容量(liang)。


論文結論:本(ben)文從光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)運行(xing)機(ji)(ji)理(li)入(ru)手,建立了光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)聯合發電基(ji)地并網的(de)(de)兩階段優化調度模(mo)型,并通過10機(ji)(ji)系統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)仿真驗證(zheng),分析了聯合發電基(ji)地的(de)(de)并網效(xiao)益。結果表明:(1)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)聯合發電基(ji)地在(zai)最(zui)大化利(li)用太陽能資源的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,可以利(li)用光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)特性,改善(shan)負荷曲線(xian),降低(di)等效(xiao)負荷的(de)(de)峰(feng)荷和(he)(he)峰(feng)谷(gu)差;(2)由(you)于光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)引入(ru),在(zai)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)太陽能資源利(li)用效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)(de)同時,機(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)發電總煤耗和(he)(he)開機(ji)(ji)時段均有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)減少,削減了系統(tong)運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben);(3)在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)運行(xing)條件下,對光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)(ji)組裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)儲(chu)熱(re)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)適(shi)當提(ti)(ti)升有(you)助于提(ti)(ti)高(gao)峰(feng)谷(gu)差削減量(liang)(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)降低(di)系統(tong)運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben),但是在(zai)規劃過程中,還應(ying)該(gai)結合建設成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)進(jin)行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)效(xiao)益分析,選擇合適(shi)的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)進(jin)行(xing)建設。
