在太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱水器行業摸爬(pa)滾打了(le)20多個(ge)年頭后,廣東五星(xing)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)股份有限公司(下(xia)簡稱“五星(xing)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)公司”)借中國平板(ban)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱利用產業領軍(jun)品牌(pai)之勢,開始進軍(jun)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)中溫利用,繼(ji)大(da)力發展(zhan)采暖工(gong)程之后,又將發展(zhan)的觸角延伸到工(gong)業領域(yu)。
近日,五星太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)公(gong)司(si)胡廣良董(dong)事(shi)長向記者(zhe)披(pi)露(lu),由該公(gong)司(si)承擔的國家(jia)“十二五”技術支撐計(ji)劃——“太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)中溫技術與(yu)(yu)工業應用(yong)項目”平板中溫太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)空氣(qi)集熱器關鍵技術研究與(yu)(yu)系統集成示范課題,通過(guo)了國家(jia)科技部的逐(zhu)輪(lun)審核和答辯,日前已經開始實施。
太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術由(you)目前的低溫(wen)上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)(dao)中高溫(wen)、使用(yong)范圍由(you)生活熱(re)水擴展到(dao)(dao)(dao)工業(ye)節能(neng)領(ling)域,是太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)產業(ye)的技(ji)(ji)術升級和重大轉(zhuan)型,五星太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)決心在“十(shi)二(er)五”期間實現技(ji)(ji)術上(shang)的重大突破(po),并得到(dao)(dao)(dao)示范應用(yong),為公(gong)司乃至行業(ye)拓展出(chu)新的發展空(kong)間。
太陽能工業應用前景廣闊
太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)熱(re)利用(yong)(yong)(yong),大(da)多數人首先想到(dao)的(de)是熱(re)水器(qi),據五星太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)公司技術總監楊(yang)憲杰介紹,根據集熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度和用(yong)(yong)(yong)途的(de)差異,太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)分為低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(低(di)于80℃)、中溫(wen)(wen)(介于80℃~250℃)和高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(高(gao)于250℃)三(san)大(da)類。“我(wo)們平(ping)時用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)熱(re)水器(qi),是屬于低(di)溫(wen)(wen)利用(yong)(yong)(yong),太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)(wen)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)在工(gong)農業生產領域具有廣闊的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)前景(jing)。譬如(ru)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)、除濕(shi)、太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)制冷等(deng)(deng),都可(ke)以用(yong)(yong)(yong)到(dao)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)(wen)技術。其中,太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)(wen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)具有干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)周期(qi)短、干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效率高(gao)、干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)產品(pin)品(pin)質好(hao)等(deng)(deng)優點,可(ke)以用(yong)(yong)(yong)于雜糧(liang)、果品(pin)、蔬菜、木材、藥材等(deng)(deng)多個領域,在我(wo)國有著非(fei)常廣闊的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)前景(jing)和市(shi)場前景(jing)。”楊(yang)憲杰說。
太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)集熱技(ji)術與工(gong)業(ye)應(ying)用也被(bei)列(lie)為科(ke)技(ji)部能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)領域太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)專項(xiang)“十二五”重(zhong)點發展方(fang)向之(zhi)一。據介紹,我國的(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)能(neng)(neng)耗中,熱能(neng)(neng)占(zhan)了53%,將太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)集熱技(ji)術運(yun)用在工(gong)業(ye)中,可以大幅度(du)降低工(gong)業(ye)能(neng)(neng)耗,提升(sheng)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)利用水平,使我國的(de)(de)節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)排指標得到(dao)顯著提高。
承擔科技部“十二五”技術支撐計劃課題
據(ju)胡廣(guang)良介紹,“太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)中(zhong)溫(wen)技(ji)(ji)術與工(gong)業(ye)(ye)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)項目”是由科技(ji)(ji)部(bu)規(gui)劃(hua),科技(ji)(ji)部(bu)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)光熱產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術創新(xin)戰(zhan)略聯盟牽頭組織。五(wu)(wu)星太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)公司(si)承擔(dan)的課題(ti)是平(ping)板中(zhong)溫(wen)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)空(kong)氣(qi)集熱器方面的技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)究(jiu)與運(yun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)示范(fan)。科技(ji)(ji)部(bu)希望集中(zhong)優勢資源,在(zai)(zai)“十二五(wu)(wu)”期間,在(zai)(zai)太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)中(zhong)溫(wen)技(ji)(ji)術與工(gong)業(ye)(ye)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)方面取得重大突破(po),并計劃(hua)在(zai)(zai)“十三(san)五(wu)(wu)”期間進行大范(fan)圍運(yun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)推廣(guang)。在(zai)(zai)此過程(cheng)中(zhong),只有(you)五(wu)(wu)星等少數幾家太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)企業(ye)(ye)通過層(ceng)層(ceng)遴選,最終獲得承擔(dan)課題(ti)機會(hui)。五(wu)(wu)星已建(jian)業(ye)(ye)22年(nian)(nian),創造了完(wan)成太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)程(cheng)案例4萬(wan)余例的驚人業(ye)(ye)績,20余年(nian)(nian)執(zhi)著研(yan)發(fa)生產(chan)(chan)平(ping)板太(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)積累下來的豐富經驗和人才優勢,為(wei)承擔(dan)這一國家項目課題(ti)打下了堅(jian)實基礎。
“五星太陽能(neng)公(gong)司(si)的(de)主攻方(fang)向(xiang)是平板太陽能(neng)中溫技術及(ji)其應用,由于這種運用裝置是靜止的(de),空(kong)氣(qi)流動阻力也較小,在中溫干燥等方(fang)面有一(yi)定的(de)優勢。”五星太陽能(neng)公(gong)司(si)技術總監楊(yang)憲杰(jie)說。
“從項目(mu)申請(qing)到最終通過評審,花了將近一(yi)年(nian)的時(shi)間。剩下的四(si)年(nian),我們必須達到項目(mu)申報時(shi)定下的技術指標,并在2015年(nian)底前完成4萬平方米的集熱,完成8-10個(ge)領域應用(yong)示范(fan)(fan)工程(cheng)。”楊憲杰透露,,就此課題,五星太陽能公(gong)司計劃(hua)投入數(shu)千萬用(yong)于研(yan)發、生產和示范(fan)(fan),同時(shi)也將獲得國家和地方政府(fu)1000萬元的科(ke)研(yan)經(jing)費(fei)資助。
盡管該(gai)課題剛(gang)剛(gang)通(tong)過(guo)申批(pi),五星太陽能(neng)(neng)公司(si)向(xiang)中(zhong)溫(wen)進(jin)軍(jun)的步伐卻是早已(yi)開始。胡廣良董事長(chang)告(gao)訴記者,目前,五星太陽能(neng)(neng)公司(si)已(yi)經在(zai)西藏、云南等(deng)(deng)地區進(jin)行(xing)太陽能(neng)(neng)中(zhong)溫(wen)應用(yong)示(shi)范工(gong)程的建(jian)設(she),工(gong)程運用(yong)在(zai)藏毯干燥(zao)(zao)、中(zhong)藥材干燥(zao)(zao)、污(wu)泥干燥(zao)(zao)和煙草干燥(zao)(zao)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)農業領域(yu)。“這些示(shi)范項目將為太陽能(neng)(neng)空(kong)氣集熱(re)系(xi)統設(she)計(ji)、系(xi)統性能(neng)(neng)測(ce)試(shi)與評(ping)價(jia)分(fen)析等(deng)(deng)積(ji)累(lei)豐富的經驗(yan)。”

隨著(zhu)全(quan)球(qiu)能源供(gong)應(ying)問題日(ri)顯突(tu)出和可(ke)持續發展戰略(lve)的(de)積極推行,國(guo)(guo)際國(guo)(guo)內對太陽(yang)能中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)開(kai)發應(ying)用(yong)已掀(xian)起新(xin)一輪高(gao)潮。美(mei)國(guo)(guo)等工(gong)業化(hua)先進國(guo)(guo)家早在上(shang)世紀(ji)八十年(nian)代即開(kai)始了將(jiang)太陽(yang)能中(zhong)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)技(ji)(ji)術應(ying)用(yong)到(dao)紡織、建筑、食品加(jia)工(gong)、木材烘干等工(gong)農業生(sheng)產和日(ri)常取(qu)暖、開(kai)水等方面,以獲得100℃以上(shang)的(de)熱水和蒸汽。近年(nian)來,太陽(yang)能中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)技(ji)(ji)術在歐美(mei)發達國(guo)(guo)家增(zeng)長更加(jia)迅猛,根(gen)據歐盟委員會發布(bu)的(de)《能源的(de)未來:可(ke)再生(sheng)能源》白皮(pi)書(shu),到(dao)2010年(nian),歐盟將(jiang)安裝(zhuang)1億m2的(de)太陽(yang)能集(ji)熱器(qi),其(qi)中(zhong)太陽(yang)能供(gong)暖系統將(jiang)占1900萬m2。國(guo)(guo)外太陽(yang)能中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)熱利用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術中(zhong)所使(shi)用(yong)的(de)集(ji)熱器(qi)大部分以金(jin)屬-玻璃封(feng)接式集(ji)熱器(qi)、平板太陽(yang)能集(ji)熱器(qi)為主。
