因地制宜
深挖優勢拓展抽水蓄能
泰(tai)山(shan)、徂徠(lai)山(shan)水(shui)頭高、距(ju)高比(bi)小、地質條(tiao)件良好(hao)。市發展(zhan)改革委充分借(jie)鑒泰(tai)山(shan)抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)一期(qi)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)經(jing)驗,深挖徂徠(lai)山(shan)抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)資源,超(chao)前(qian)謀劃(hua)、壓茬(cha)推進選址、納規(gui)、移民等各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作,為抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)“落得下”“快(kuai)建(jian)設”打下堅實基(ji)礎。目(mu)(mu)前(qian),總投(tou)資107.5億元、裝機180萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)的(de)泰(tai)安二期(qi)抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)電站已進入建(jian)設高峰期(qi),預計2027年首臺機組并網,提前(qian)一年投(tou)運;泰(tai)安三期(qi)45萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)電站已納入國(guo)家(jia)規(gui)劃(hua);良莊100萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)電站正積極爭取納入國(guo)家(jia)規(gui)劃(hua)。預計到2030年,全市抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)在運在建(jian)裝機容量(liang)將(jiang)突破425萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),成為全省規(gui)模(mo)最大(da)的(de)抽(chou)(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能(neng)產(chan)業(ye)基(ji)地。
變廢為寶
盤活資源發展鹽穴儲能
泰安(an)市(shi)(shi)擁(yong)有全(quan)(quan)(quan)省最(zui)大(da)(da)的巖(yan)鹽(yan)(yan)礦床,多(duo)年(nian)(nian)開(kai)(kai)采形成(cheng)容積巨大(da)(da)、密閉性好的采空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)鹽(yan)(yan)腔70多(duo)個(ge)(ge)。市(shi)(shi)發(fa)展改(gai)革委堅決摒(bing)棄先開(kai)(kai)采、后治理老路,編(bian)制全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)首個(ge)(ge)區域鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)(xue)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)儲(chu)(chu)氣專(zhuan)項規(gui)劃,探(tan)索“前(qian)端采鹽(yan)(yan)建(jian)穴(xue)(xue)、中端儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)儲(chu)(chu)氣、后端建(jian)網(wang)延(yan)鏈(lian)”的鏈(lian)式發(fa)展新(xin)路徑;加強與中國(guo)(guo)(guo)科學院(yuan)武漢巖(yan)土(tu)所(suo)、中石油(you)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)(xue)儲(chu)(chu)氣庫技(ji)術研究中心等科研院(yuan)所(suo)的合(he)作,推(tui)進儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術創新(xin)和成(cheng)果(guo)轉化,4個(ge)(ge)項目入選能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源領域全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)首臺(套)重(zhong)大(da)(da)技(ji)術裝備目錄,數量位居(ju)全(quan)(quan)(quan)省前(qian)列。2021年(nian)(nian)9月,中儲(chu)(chu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)10MW國(guo)(guo)(guo)內首臺套壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站并(bing)網(wang),填(tian)補了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際無補燃(ran)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)白;2024年(nian)(nian)4月,中儲(chu)(chu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)300MW先進壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)示范(fan)(fan)電(dian)站并(bing)網(wang),是目前(qian)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上(shang)建(jian)成(cheng)規(gui)模最(zui)大(da)(da)、效(xiao)率最(zui)高(gao)、性能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)最(zui)優、成(cheng)本最(zui)低的新(xin)型壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)站,被列入國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級新(xin)型儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)示范(fan)(fan)項目。中能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)建(jian)350MW、中電(dian)建(jian)2×300MW等壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)項目已開(kai)(kai)工建(jian)設;中儲(chu)(chu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)660MW、山高(gao)集團660MW、水發(fa)集團600MW等3個(ge)(ge)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)項目即將開(kai)(kai)工。泰安(an)市(shi)(shi)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)(xue)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)規(gui)模實現了(le)從(cong)10MW到(dao)300MW、350MW、660MW迭代(dai)升級,創造(zao)了(le)多(duo)個(ge)(ge)全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一。預計到(dao)2030年(nian)(nian),全(quan)(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)(xue)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)裝機將突破350萬千瓦,成(cheng)為全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)規(gui)模最(zui)大(da)(da)的鹽(yan)(yan)穴(xue)(xue)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)基地。
借勢而為
延長鏈條打造多元儲能
光伏產業規模大、鋰電產業發展快、能源裝備制造基礎好,泰安市具有發展多元儲能的優越條件,市發展改革委積極發展獨立電化學儲能、分散用戶儲能和鹽穴儲氣,推動儲能模塊化、多元化發展。山東高速新泰100MW、道朗200MW電化學儲能電站,首航高科100MW二氧化碳熔鹽儲能項目加快建設,華(hua)馳動(dong)能(neng)100MW飛輪儲能(neng)等項(xiang)目即將開(kai)工。預計(ji)到(dao)2030年(nian),泰安市新型(xing)多元儲能(neng)裝機量(liang)將超過200萬千瓦。同時,聚力打(da)造“泰山鋰谷”,“電池(chi)材料+動(dong)力(儲能(neng))電池(chi)+電池(chi)封(feng)裝+終端(duan)應用+電池(chi)回收”鋰電產業(ye)鏈條不斷(duan)延長。世(shi)界首條普魯士藍基(ji)鈉(na)離(li)子(zi)電池(chi)生產線正(zheng)加快建設,建成后將成為全(quan)省第一(yi)、國(guo)內(nei)前三的鈉(na)離(li)子(zi)電池(chi)生產基(ji)地。
聚“點”入“網”
加快構建新型電力系統
市發展改革(ge)委發揮(hui)我市地(di)處(chu)全(quan)省(sheng)地(di)理(li)中(zhong)心、區域電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)心、“隴電(dian)(dian)入(ru)魯”落地(di)點(dian)的區位優(you)勢(shi),積極(ji)布局智能微電(dian)(dian)網(wang)項目,推動“源網(wang)荷儲(chu)”一體化發展。成(cheng)(cheng)立省(sheng)內(nei)首家(jia)虛擬電(dian)(dian)廠創(chuang)新(xin)服務中(zhong)心,建成(cheng)(cheng)全(quan)省(sheng)首個(ge)(ge)“聚合(he)式”虛擬電(dian)(dian)廠和9個(ge)(ge)“微電(dian)(dian)網(wang)”項目,消(xiao)納綠電(dian)(dian)1189萬千瓦時(shi),減少碳排放1.27萬噸,“泰開綠色低(di)碳多場(chang)景柔性智慧園區微電(dian)(dian)網(wang)”成(cheng)(cheng)功入(ru)選山東省(sheng)能源綠色低(di)碳轉型典型案例。2025年,泰安(an)市計劃再實施山東高速惠(hui)泰等10個(ge)(ge)微電(dian)(dian)網(wang)項目,全(quan)力幫(bang)助企業(ye)降本增效,為(wei)現代能源強省(sheng)建設作(zuo)出更大貢獻。
