據此前公告,項目概況:
本工程新建50MW光熱電(dian)站,項目(mu)任務為(wei)清潔能源供(gong)暖(nuan)(nuan)與發(fa)電(dian)。擬建廠址位于西(xi)藏自治(zhi)區阿里地區獅(shi)泉(quan)河(he)鎮南側約(yue)(yue)7km處,距行署(shu)中(zhong)心區約(yue)(yue)7.5km。項目(mu)計劃于2024年(nian)06月15日開工,2025年(nian)9月30日前建成(cheng)與供(gong)暖(nuan)(nuan)相關(guan)的儲(chu)(chu)換熱島、常規島部分,并實現供(gong)暖(nuan)(nuan),總工期565天(tian)。儲(chu)(chu)熱島傳熱儲(chu)(chu)熱介質(zhi)采用二元熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(60%硝酸鈉與40%硝酸鉀),共設置1組(zu)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)罐,包括一個(ge)冷(leng)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐和一個(ge)熱熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐,總儲(chu)(chu)熱容(rong)量(liang)約(yue)(yue)為(wei)2635.2MWh,儲(chu)(chu)熱時長約(yue)(yue)16h。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)的工作(zuo)溫度為(wei)290℃~520℃。
本工程裝機為(wei)(wei)2套(tao)25MW高溫(wen)(wen)超高壓(ya)、直(zhi)接(jie)空冷、軸向排汽、抽汽凝(ning)汽式汽輪發電機組(zu),主(zhu)蒸汽壓(ya)力為(wei)(wei)12.2MPa、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)511℃。兩套(tao)汽輪發電機組(zu)可互為(wei)(wei)備用。供(gong)暖期為(wei)(wei)每年的9月(yue)28日至(zhi)次年的5月(yue)23日,共計238天,供(gong)暖面積為(wei)(wei)150萬平方米(mi)。其(qi)余(yu)時(shi)間為(wei)(wei)非供(gong)暖期。
本項目設置1#和2#兩(liang)套蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)(xi)統,1#蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)(xi)統產生(sheng)的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)通往(wang)廠內新(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)網循環(huan)水(shui),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)水(shui)泵(beng)往(wang)原(yuan)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進行換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)供暖;2#蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)(xi)統產生(sheng)的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)通往(wang)兩(liang)臺25MW抽(chou)汽(qi)凝汽(qi)式汽(qi)輪機組(zu)發(fa)電或(huo)抽(chou)汽(qi)供暖(備(bei)用)。在1#蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)(xi)統發(fa)生(sheng)故障停機或(huo)者檢修停機的情況下(xia),2#蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)發(fa)生(sheng)系(xi)(xi)統可作為(wei)(wei)備(bei)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)源,產生(sheng)的蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)通過旁路經(jing)減溫(wen)減壓后通往(wang)廠內新(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。新(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通過汽(qi)水(shui)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)循環(huan)水(shui),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)網循環(huan)水(shui)溫(wen)度為(wei)(wei)130/70℃,采(cai)用閉式雙管制系(xi)(xi)統。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)網調節方(fang)式為(wei)(wei)“質(zhi)、量共同調節”。新(xin)(xin)建(jian)(jian)一次(ci)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)力管網接(jie)入原(yuan)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),與(yu)原(yuan)有一次(ci)管網接(jie)駁。原(yuan)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)首(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)保留作為(wei)(wei)中繼泵(beng)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),以及極端工況下(xia)的備(bei)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)源點。
本工程擬(ni)建廠址位于西(xi)藏自治區(qu)阿(a)里地(di)區(qu)獅(shi)泉(quan)河(he)鎮(zhen)南側約7km處,距行署中心(xin)區(qu)約7.5km。獅(shi)泉(quan)河(he)鎮(zhen)地(di)處安獅(shi)公路和新藏公路的交(jiao)匯處,位于噶(ga)爾縣(xian)最(zui)北側,北靠阿(a)里日土縣(xian),南倚昆(kun)莎鄉(xiang),西(xi)臨扎(zha)西(xi)崗(gang)鄉(xiang),東接左(zuo)左(zuo)鄉(xiang),是阿(a)里地(di)區(qu)行署與(yu)噶(ga)爾縣(xian)政府所在地(di),對外交(jiao)通便利。
