西安(an)熱工院(yuan)電(dian)站化學(xue)技術(shu)部(bu)聯合節能(neng)(neng)減排(pai)技術(shu)中心(xin)、鍋爐設備(bei)及(ji)環保事業部(bu)和(he)研發(fa)中心(xin)共同承擔的科(ke)技項目“火電(dian)-熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲能(neng)(neng)耦(ou)合系統介(jie)質研發(fa)”順利通過(guo)驗收,并于(yu)近期完成了長周期穩(wen)定性評價試驗,標志著西安(an)熱工院(yuan)自(zi)主研發(fa)出適(shi)用于(yu)火電(dian)-熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲能(neng)(neng)耦(ou)合系統的高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)熔(rong)鹽(yan)介(jie)質。
01 市場需求
基(ji)于熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲能的新(xin)一代靈活煤電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)改(gai)造近年來發(fa)展勢(shi)(shi)頭強勁,利(li)用熔(rong)鹽(yan)大容量(liang)儲能的技(ji)術(shu)(shu)優勢(shi)(shi)彌補(bu)火電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)深度調峰穩定性(xing)(xing)不(bu)足的缺陷,同時提高(gao)機(ji)組(zu)供(gong)汽、供(gong)熱效率,是(shi)推動煤電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)綠色低碳發(fa)展的最優路線之一。隨(sui)著技(ji)術(shu)(shu)發(fa)展,火電(dian)-熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲能耦合系統從運行安全、能量(liang)利(li)用效率提升(sheng)、儲能成本(ben)控制等方面(mian)對熔(rong)鹽(yan)介質(zhi)的熱物(wu)性(xing)(xing)能提出(chu)了新(xin)的要求。
02 技術優勢
“火電(dian)-熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲能(neng)耦(ou)合(he)系統介(jie)(jie)(jie)質研(yan)發(fa)”科技項目通(tong)過(guo)基礎熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)組(zu)分(fen)配(pei)方(fang)研(yan)究、功能(neng)化納米流體改性(xing)和制備工藝(yi)優化,開發(fa)出具(ju)(ju)有低熔(rong)(rong)(rong)點、高比熱容和高分(fen)解溫(wen)度熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)介(jie)(jie)(jie)質配(pei)方(fang),形成(cheng)了新(xin)型熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)產品制備技術(shu)和工藝(yi)包。該(gai)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)介(jie)(jie)(jie)質經廣東(dong)腐蝕科學與技術(shu)創新(xin)研(yan)究院檢測中(zhong)心檢測,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)點77℃,比熱容1.62 J/(g·K),分(fen)解溫(wen)度565℃,相較于現有熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)介(jie)(jie)(jie)質使用(yong)溫(wen)域拓寬15%、儲能(neng)密度提高10%以上(shang),具(ju)(ju)有明顯技術(shu)優勢(shi),滿足了火電(dian)-熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲能(neng)耦(ou)合(he)系統對低熔(rong)(rong)(rong)點、高分(fen)解溫(wen)度和高比熱容等熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)介(jie)(jie)(jie)質熱物(wu)性(xing)的特殊(shu)需求,對降低熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)冷凝(ning)堵管風險、提高余熱利用(yong)率(lv)、降低綜合(he)成(cheng)本發(fa)揮(hui)積極作用(yong)。
