8月19日,熔鹽儲能產業發(fa)展論壇在內蒙(meng)古(gu)呼和(he)浩特(te)市召開,來(lai)自無機鹽行(xing)業熔鹽儲能專業委員會及相關上下游領域的(de)專家(jia)學者普(pu)遍認為,熔鹽儲能,未來(lai)市場應用前景廣闊。
中國無(wu)機鹽(yan)(yan)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)長王孝峰介紹(shao)說,近年來(lai),隨著(zhu)我國光熱(re)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)的崛起,促進了(le)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的迅速(su)發展。硝(xiao)酸(suan)鉀(jia)、硝(xiao)酸(suan)鈉和(he)亞硝(xiao)酸(suan)鈉是典型(xing)的無(wu)機鹽(yan)(yan)產品,這三(san)種硝(xiao)基型(xing)產品是熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)產品的主要組分。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)產品的供應(ying)(ying)和(he)應(ying)(ying)用,作為(wei)整個產業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈的一(yi)環,起到重要作用。無(wu)機鹽(yan)(yan)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)于2017年成立了(le)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)委員會(hui)(hui)(hui),目的就是形成行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)合(he)力,推動行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的可持續發展。
王孝峰(feng)指出,熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)是(shi)國(guo)(guo)家鼓勵發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)型儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu)之一(yi),相(xiang)比其他(ta)儲(chu)能技術(shu)(shu),熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能更適應大(da)規(gui)模(mo)(mo)儲(chu)能的(de)(de)(de)需求。我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)也(ye)出臺了一(yi)系列(lie)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)政策,促進和(he)鼓勵儲(chu)能項目開發(fa)(fa)建設。從(cong)2016年9月(yue)發(fa)(fa)布(bu)《關(guan)(guan)于建設太陽(yang)能(4.240,-0.11,-2.53%)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電示(shi)范項目的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)知》(20個項目入選首(shou)批光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電示(shi)范項目名單(dan),總裝機(ji)約1.35GW)、2017年公(gong)布(bu)首(shou)批多能互補(bu)集成優(you)化示(shi)范工程名單(dan)(涉及(ji)2個裝機(ji)5萬千瓦的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電項目),到(dao)2023年4月(yue)印(yin)發(fa)(fa)《關(guan)(guan)于推動光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電規(gui)模(mo)(mo)化發(fa)(fa)展有關(guan)(guan)事(shi)項的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)知》等文件的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)布(bu),我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)熔(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展,一(yi)直受到(dao)國(guo)(guo)家能源(yuan)局(ju)的(de)(de)(de)重視。
據(ju)不完全(quan)統計,截至2024年3月底,我(wo)國太陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)發電(dian)累計裝機容量(liang)588MW,其(qi)中并網光(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)570MW,累計熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)使用量(liang)將近15萬噸。每個百(bai)兆瓦級(ji)光(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)站(zhan)基本上都配置(zhi)了8小時或以上熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)能(neng)系統,熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)正在集中釋放。就目前來看(kan),能(neng)夠(gou)達到熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)級(ji)質量(liang)要求(qiu)(qiu)的硝酸(suan)(suan)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)產能(neng)有(you)(you)限,若全(quan)部項目都能(neng)夠(gou)如期投產,則(ze)熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)略(lve)顯不足。王孝峰表示(shi),要達到熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)級(ji)的質量(liang)要求(qiu)(qiu),要鼓(gu)勵現有(you)(you)化肥(fei)級(ji)硝酸(suan)(suan)鉀生產企業轉(zhuan)型(xing)升級(ji),提(ti)高產品純度(du)和(he)(he)(he)質量(liang),提(ti)高熔鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)原料的產能(neng),尤其(qi)是硝酸(suan)(suan)鉀、硝酸(suan)(suan)鈉和(he)(he)(he)亞硝酸(suan)(suan)鈉等關鍵組分。建立(li)穩(wen)定(ding)的原材(cai)料供應渠道,保(bao)(bao)障生產的連(lian)續(xu)性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)。積極建立(li)標(biao)準和(he)(he)(he)規范,規范行業發展,確(que)保(bao)(bao)系統的可靠性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)安全(quan)性(xing)(xing),促進行業的可持(chi)續(xu)高質量(liang)發展。
華(hua)東理工(gong)大(da)學教授、博導,資(zi)源與環境工(gong)程學院副院長孫澤介(jie)紹說(shuo),近年(nian)來,人工(gong)智(zhi)能(AI)技術的發(fa)展給全(quan)社會(hui)帶(dai)來了重大(da)的沖擊,各(ge)行(xing)各(ge)業(ye)(ye)都(dou)充分利(li)用AI的先進(jin)性、高效性,實現本行(xing)業(ye)(ye)“人工(gong)智(zhi)能+”,引(yin)領(ling)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展。除(chu)了互聯網行(xing)業(ye)(ye)本身(shen),金融、醫(yi)療、汽車等(deng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)都(dou)已經深入(ru)開展了本行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的人工(gong)智(zhi)能化(hua)。
孫澤指(zhi)出,熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)儲(chu)能,是(shi)(shi)最有(you)發展前(qian)途的(de)長時、大規(gui)模儲(chu)能技術(shu)之一,但是(shi)(shi),熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)高溫、強腐蝕(shi)、帶電離子特殊微(wei)觀結構等(deng)性質(zhi)(zhi),限制了新型高性能熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)體系的(de)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)與開發。傳統(tong)的(de)研(yan)究方法(fa)包括實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)試錯、相(xiang)圖計(ji)(ji)(ji)算、分(fen)子級別(bie)設計(ji)(ji)(ji)等(deng),但實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)試錯法(fa)由于(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)高溫、腐蝕(shi)性而推進(jin)困難(nan),且(qie)需(xu)要(yao)耗費(fei)大量的(de)時間和(he)經濟成本;相(xiang)圖計(ji)(ji)(ji)算法(fa)則(ze)受限于(yu)(yu)材(cai)料的(de)熱(re)力學(xue)參數(shu),且(qie)需(xu)要(yao)對(dui)每個熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)體系都單獨進(jin)行(xing)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算,同時也難(nan)以進(jin)行(xing)四元(yuan)、五元(yuan)等(deng)復(fu)雜熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)體系的(de)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算而難(nan)以推廣(guang);分(fen)子動力學(xue)方法(fa)則(ze)著重于(yu)(yu)探究熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)微(wei)觀結構與性質(zhi)(zhi)之間的(de)關系,受限于(yu)(yu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算資源與計(ji)(ji)(ji)算尺度,直接(jie)進(jin)行(xing)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)體系設計(ji)(ji)(ji)存在困難(nan)。
孫澤認為(wei),將(jiang)人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)引(yin)入新(xin)型(xing)高性能(neng)高溫(wen)熔(rong)鹽(yan)體(ti)(ti)系的(de)(de)設計(ji)(ji)與開(kai)發,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)數據(ju)驅(qu)動的(de)(de)人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)設計(ji)(ji)新(xin)型(xing)熔(rong)鹽(yan)體(ti)(ti)系。“人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)+熔(rong)鹽(yan)體(ti)(ti)系設計(ji)(ji)”可(ke)以克服傳統研(yan)究(jiu)方法(fa)的(de)(de)耗時、低(di)效率的(de)(de)缺(que)點,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)數據(ju)到結果的(de)(de)直接(jie)跨越,顛覆行(xing)業(ye)研(yan)究(jiu)范(fan)式,可(ke)以成(cheng)倍(bei)、成(cheng)十倍(bei)提高熔(rong)鹽(yan)體(ti)(ti)系設計(ji)(ji)開(kai)發效率,將(jiang)促使整個熔(rong)鹽(yan)行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)顛覆性變革。“人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)+熔(rong)鹽(yan)體(ti)(ti)系設計(ji)(ji)”的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian),也(ye)必(bi)將(jiang)為(wei)其他工(gong)業(ye)體(ti)(ti)系提供(gong)強有力的(de)(de)引(yin)領(ling)和示范(fan)作(zuo)用,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)每一個行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)顛覆性發展。
中國科學院過程工(gong)程研究(jiu)所副研究(jiu)員(yuan)鐘莉分析指出(chu),作為一(yi)種新興(xing)的(de)(de)長時(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)方式熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng),在新型儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)賽道上具有明(ming)顯優(you)勢,一(yi)是(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)規模大,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱規模通常(chang)在幾十兆瓦到幾百兆瓦之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),例如甘肅省金昌市高溫熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)綠色(se)調(diao)峰(feng)電站儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)規模達(da)到600MW/3600MWh。二是(shi)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)長,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)可以實現單日(ri)10小時(shi)以上的(de)(de)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱能(neng)力(li),敦煌百兆瓦熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽塔式光熱電站的(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)可以達(da)到11個小時(shi)。三是(shi)壽命(ming)(ming)長,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱項目壽命(ming)(ming)在25年(nian)左右,高于(yu)電化學儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)壽命(ming)(ming)。
當前(qian),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)面(mian)臨著(zhu)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)問題、熱(re)效率與儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)密度(du)(du)問題、系(xi)統安全(quan)(quan)性(xing)等三方(fang)(fang)面(mian)挑(tiao)戰。一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)下(xia)具有強(qiang)烈的(de)腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)性(xing),對儲(chu)(chu)存(cun)設備(bei)和(he)管道(dao)的(de)材(cai)(cai)料選(xuan)擇提(ti)出了嚴峻挑(tiao)戰,需要(yao)進一(yi)步研發更耐腐蝕(shi)(shi)(shi)、高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)穩定性(xing)更好的(de)材(cai)(cai)料來適應(ying)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽的(de)儲(chu)(chu)存(cun)、使用和(he)輸送,且(qie)以熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽為工質(zhi)的(de)相關(guan)設備(bei)缺乏完善的(de)制造標準和(he)規范。另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)雖然熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)技術(shu)具有較高(gao)(gao)的(de)熱(re)效率,但(dan)在(zai)(zai)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)密度(du)(du)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)仍(reng)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)提(ti)升空間,進一(yi)步提(ti)高(gao)(gao)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)密度(du)(du)有助于減少儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)系(xi)統的(de)體積和(he)成本,促進其在(zai)(zai)更廣泛領域的(de)應(ying)用。此外,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)系(xi)統在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)下(xia)長時間運(yun)行,一(yi)旦(dan)發生故(gu)障或泄漏,可能(neng)引發安全(quan)(quan)事故(gu)。如何提(ti)高(gao)(gao)系(xi)統安全(quan)(quan)性(xing)和(he)可靠性(xing),防止熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽泄漏,是該技術(shu)亟待解決的(de)問題。
鐘(zhong)莉指出(chu),為(wei)應(ying)(ying)對以(yi)上問題,熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)未來(lai)發展(zhan)還(huan)有很(hen)多研(yan)究(jiu)工(gong)作(zuo)亟待開展(zhan)。新材料和(he)(he)設備(bei)升級、儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度提(ti)升、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化與(yu)安全(quan)監(jian)控(kong)、應(ying)(ying)用場景(jing)拓展(zhan)是熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)未來(lai)發展(zhan)趨(qu)勢與(yu)研(yan)究(jiu)方向。要(yao)(yao)從源頭(tou)純化和(he)(he)末端(duan)純化兩方面同時著手應(ying)(ying)對。完善(shan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化監(jian)測控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong),以(yi)提(ti)高熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)穩定性(xing)和(he)(he)壽(shou)命(ming)。要(yao)(yao)通過優化熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)的(de)成分和(he)(he)配方,以(yi)及改進(jin)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)設計,提(ti)高熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱技術(shu)的(de)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)密度,滿足更多應(ying)(ying)用場景(jing)需求。要(yao)(yao)借(jie)助先進(jin)傳感技術(shu)和(he)(he)人工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)算法,實現熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化監(jian)控(kong)和(he)(he)安全(quan)預警,確保系(xi)(xi)統(tong)安全(quan)穩定運行(xing)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)在線監(jian)測、純化與(yu)回收循環(huan)利用對保障熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)全(quan)生(sheng)命(ming)周期更安全(quan)、更長期運行(xing)具(ju)有重要(yao)(yao)作(zuo)用。
