近年以來,淮(huai)北(bei)市緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞建筑節(jie)能(neng)(neng)與可再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)利用,不斷推進更高節(jie)能(neng)(neng)領域低碳場(chang)景應用,為淮(huai)北(bei)市建筑節(jie)能(neng)(neng)注入新動能(neng)(neng)。
追(zhui)“光(guang)(guang)(guang)”逐(zhu)電,推廣光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)建筑(zhu)應用(yong)(yong)。淮北市(shi)搶抓(zhua)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)產業(ye)迭代升(sheng)級(ji)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)建筑(zhu)加快應用(yong)(yong)的發展機(ji)(ji)遇,重(zhong)點打造(zao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)建筑(zhu)一(yi)體化發展。目前光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)建筑(zhu)一(yi)體化設計及應用(yong)(yong)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)累計達(da)到145.69萬平方(fang)米(mi),建筑(zhu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量累計達(da)到129.29兆瓦,光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)板應用(yong)(yong)面積(ji)達(da)到88.75萬平方(fang)米(mi),全部并網(wang)后預計年均上網(wang)約1.5億度電,相當于每年節約標準煤約4.95萬噸、減(jian)少二氧化碳(tan)排放約13.16萬噸。
落“地(di)”扎(zha)根,厚植地(di)源熱泵(beng)(beng)功用。地(di)源熱泵(beng)(beng)具有太陽能(neng)光伏所不(bu)具備(bei)的生活(huo)熱水熱源供(gong)應(ying)(ying)功能(neng),從而形(xing)成三大(da)供(gong)應(ying)(ying)功能(neng),在(zai)(zai)淮北市已應(ying)(ying)用建(jian)筑面積(ji)達到130萬平方米(mi)。尤其是集中成片住宅(zhai)小區(qu),地(di)源熱泵(beng)(beng)送風溫和、相對保濕、溫度均勻恒(heng)定(ding),在(zai)(zai)節能(neng)降(jiang)碳(tan)的同(tong)時,體驗感滿(man)(man)滿(man)(man),舒適度更佳(jia)。
共“同”推進(jin),開源節流能(neng)(neng)源利用(yong)(yong)。科學推進(jin)項(xiang)目(mu)同時(shi)利用(yong)(yong)多(duo)種可(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源及(ji)新采(cai)光(guang)(guang)系統,進(jin)一步實現開源節流。如淮(huai)北(bei)市淮(huai)北(bei)礦業文體中心項(xiang)目(mu),同時(shi)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)“太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)熱(re)(re)+太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏+地(di)源熱(re)(re)泵(beng)+高弧形SL530導光(guang)(guang)管(guan)采(cai)光(guang)(guang)系統”等多(duo)種節能(neng)(neng)技術來代替常規(gui)能(neng)(neng)源應(ying)用(yong)(yong),每年可(ke)節約用(yong)(yong)電量172.23萬度,另外發電13.53萬度,年節約標煤(mei)523.96噸,年減排二氧化碳1393.76噸。
星“輝”初照,探尋篩沙淘(tao)(tao)金(jin)運用(yong)。淮北市充(chong)分發(fa)揮(hui)綠色建(jian)(jian)材(cai)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)作(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)材(cai)業(ye)(ye)與(yu)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)落實(shi)雙(shuang)碳(tan)戰略、推(tui)動高質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)關鍵作(zuo)用(yong),指(zhi)導企(qi)業(ye)(ye)申報星級綠色建(jian)(jian)材(cai)認證(zheng),幫扶企(qi)業(ye)(ye)納入(ru)省(sheng)綠色建(jian)(jian)材(cai)采信(xin)應用(yong)數據庫(ku),同時深(shen)入(ru)研究淘(tao)(tao)汰(tai)落后產(chan)能(neng)、推(tui)行清潔改造的(de)(de)“篩沙淘(tao)(tao)金(jin)”之路。淘(tao)(tao)汰(tai)老舊水(shui)(shui)泥粉磨系統,建(jian)(jian)設年產(chan)260萬(wan)噸綠色智(zhi)能(neng)示范線,使水(shui)(shui)泥產(chan)能(neng)達到540萬(wan)噸/年;淘(tao)(tao)汰(tai)老舊商砼生(sheng)產(chan)線,建(jian)(jian)設現代(dai)智(zhi)能(neng)化生(sheng)產(chan)線,商砼年產(chan)能(neng)達到100萬(wan)方;拓展(zhan)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈延伸(shen),實(shi)現煤矸石脫碳(tan)年產(chan)100萬(wan)噸,逐(zhu)步構(gou)建(jian)(jian)淮北市綠色建(jian)(jian)材(cai)高質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)格局。
