據央視(shi)新聞(wen)客(ke)戶端(duan)消息,記者(zhe)從國家電網了解到(dao),截至3月1日,我(wo)國特高壓(ya)直流(liu)工(gong)程節后全部(bu)復工(gong),3萬多(duo)人正(zheng)在全力搶抓工(gong)期,推進(jin)工(gong)程進(jin)度(du)。
2021年底,為配(pei)(pei)合新能(neng)(neng)源大(da)基(ji)地項目(mu)(mu)的電力輸出,國(guo)(guo)家規劃了12條特(te)高(gao)壓通道(dao),如下表所示。目(mu)(mu)前,國(guo)(guo)網有(you)隴東-山東、寧夏(xia)-湖(hu)南、哈密-重(zhong)慶、金(jin)上-湖(hu)北四個(ge)在建的特(te)高(gao)壓直流工程(cheng)。4條特(te)高(gao)壓共配(pei)(pei)套超(chao)145GW大(da)基(ji)地項目(mu)(mu),分別(bie)由華(hua)能(neng)(neng)、華(hua)電、國(guo)(guo)家能(neng)(neng)源集團(tuan)、國(guo)(guo)投集團(tuan)等牽(qian)頭。據介紹,這些工程(cheng)2025年將陸續投運(yun),進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)推動清潔能(neng)(neng)源發展,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)能(neng)(neng)源供(gong)給低碳化。
國(guo)網特高(gao)壓公司慶陽換流站業(ye)主(zhu)項目部經姚斌介紹,隴東(dong)至山東(dong)特高(gao)壓直流輸電(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)將(jiang)于2025年(nian)6月建成投(tou)運,屆(jie)時(shi)(shi),每年(nian)可向山東(dong)輸電(dian)(dian)360億千(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)(shi)。其中(zhong),光(guang)伏、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)新(xin)能源電(dian)(dian)力達180億千(qian)(qian)瓦時(shi)(shi)以(yi)上。其中(zhong),哈密(mi)至重慶±800千(qian)(qian)伏特高(gao)壓直流輸電(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)配(pei)套(tao)了20萬千(qian)(qian)瓦光(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)(dian)項目。
2023年8月8日,國家(jia)電網哈(ha)(ha)密送(song)重(zhong)慶±800千(qian)伏特高壓直流輸(shu)電工程開工建設。工程起于(yu)新疆哈(ha)(ha)密市(shi)(shi)巴里坤換流站(zhan),止于(yu)重(zhong)慶市(shi)(shi)渝北區渝北換流站(zhan),途經新疆、甘肅、陜西(xi)、四川、重(zhong)慶五個省區市(shi)(shi),全長(chang)2290千(qian)米,輸(shu)送(song)容(rong)量800萬千(qian)瓦,項目(mu)投資286億元(yuan),預計2025年建成后每年可輸(shu)送(song)超(chao)過360億千(qian)瓦時的(de)電量。
該工程(cheng)建成后,新疆將形成哈密送(song)鄭州、準東(dong)(dong)送(song)皖南(nan)、哈密送(song)重慶三條特高壓直流輸電通道,向我(wo)國華中、華東(dong)(dong)、西南(nan)地(di)區(qu)源源不斷輸送(song)電能。
哈(ha)密(mi)至重慶(qing)特高壓工程接(jie)入配套煤(mei)電、新(xin)(xin)能源分(fen)別為(wei)400萬千(qian)瓦(wa)、1020萬千(qian)瓦(wa);其(qi)中,風(feng)電、光伏發電、光熱發電分(fen)別為(wei)700萬千(qian)瓦(wa)、300萬千(qian)瓦(wa)、20萬千(qian)瓦(wa),新(xin)(xin)能源的電量(liang)占比超過50%,工程將促進新(xin)(xin)疆新(xin)(xin)能源在更大范圍(wei)內消(xiao)納。
該大基地牽(qian)頭(tou)單位為華電(dian)(dian)(dian)集團,2022年(nian)4月,國(guo)家(jia)(jia)能(neng)源(yuan)局正(zheng)式批復(fu)“疆(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)入渝”配套(tao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)方案(an)。據(ju)悉,“疆(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)入渝”工(gong)程(cheng)涉及總投(tou)資約1000億元,遵循“三位一體”原(yuan)則(ze),配套(tao)項(xiang)目包括三部分:1)煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目:400萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),由(you)華電(dian)(dian)(dian)新(xin)疆(jiang)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公司(si)、重慶能(neng)源(yuan)集團各自負責200萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa);2)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)項(xiang)目:風電(dian)(dian)(dian)、光伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、光熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)分別為700萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、300萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、20萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)。3)哈密(mi)至重慶±800千(qian)(qian)伏特高(gao)壓(ya)直流輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)建設:由(you)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網負責投(tou)資。
據此前(qian)報道,2023年7月(yue)7日,華潤電力(li)重慶能(neng)源成(cheng)功獲取“疆(jiang)電入渝”重能(neng)新(xin)疆(jiang)天山北(bei)麓(lu)新(xin)能(neng)源基地(di)項目(mu)(mu)(4100MW)建設(she)指標,包含2800MW風電、1200MW光伏、100MW光熱,配置(zhi)800MW/3200MWh儲能(neng)。項目(mu)(mu)總投資約208億元(yuan),預(yu)計2024年開工建設(she),投產后可提供清(qing)潔電能(neng)97.86億千瓦時/年,節約標煤295.05萬(wan)噸/年。項目(mu)(mu)將(jiang)有(you)效優化全(quan)國電力(li)資源配置(zhi),助力(li)成(cheng)渝地(di)區(qu)構建雙城經濟(ji)圈新(xin)格局,同時將(jiang)加快(kuai)新(xin)疆(jiang)由資源優勢(shi)向經濟(ji)優勢(shi)轉變,為國家(jia)能(neng)源安(an)全(quan)、社會經濟(ji)發(fa)展(zhan)發(fa)揮重要(yao)的保障作(zuo)用(yong)。
2023年(nian)3月(yue),中(zhong)國電建集團西北(bei)勘(kan)測設計研(yan)究(jiu)院有限(xian)公(gong)司中(zhong)標該項目可行性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)咨詢服(fu)務。

2024年2月26日,華電(dian)(dian)天山北麓戈壁基地610萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)新能(neng)源基地開工(gong)建(jian)設。該項目(mu)(mu)(mu)位于哈密(mi)巴里(li)坤和(he)(he)伊吾(wu)縣,總占地面(mian)積約990平方千(qian)(qian)米。項目(mu)(mu)(mu)裝(zhuang)機容量(liang)610萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),其中,風(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)420萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)180萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)10萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),配(pei)套建(jian)設120萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)/480萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時的(de)電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學儲能(neng)裝(zhuang)置。項目(mu)(mu)(mu)總投資超(chao)290億元,依托煤電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)(mu)(mu),采取風(feng)(feng)能(neng)、太陽能(neng)、火電(dian)(dian)、光(guang)(guang)熱(re)等多類型能(neng)源相互補(bu)充發電(dian)(dian),結合儲能(neng)技術的(de)調(diao)(diao)峰調(diao)(diao)頻,充分(fen)發揮了火電(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)儲能(neng)設施的(de)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)能(neng)力(li),極大提高電(dian)(dian)力(li)供應的(de)穩定性和(he)(he)可靠度。
