本裝(zhuang)備創新性的采(cai)用(yong)球形(xing)儲(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)作為規模(mo)化水(shui)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的容器(qi),通過提高儲(chu)(chu)水(shui)壓(ya)力(常壓(ya)到2.5MPa以(yi)上),大幅提高水(shui)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)(du)(95℃到226℃以(yi)上)實(shi)現(xian)水(shui)工質寬溫域儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(可(ke)利(li)用(yong)溫區從50℃到170℃以(yi)上)。利(li)用(yong)清(qing)潔(jie)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)源,實(shi)現(xian)零碳(tan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng),利(li)用(yong)清(qing)潔(jie)綠電,通過大功(gong)率(lv)(lv)的電極(ji)鍋爐,把電轉換成熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。或利(li)用(yong)壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電站中壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang),通過換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)水(shui),把它(ta)儲(chu)(chu)存在(zai)儲(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)容器(qi)當(dang)中。設置雙重主動(dong)(dong)溫度(du)(du)補償系(xi)統,該系(xi)統可(ke)減少球罐(guan)(guan)生(sheng)命(ming)周期內(nei)溫度(du)(du)波(bo)(bo)動(dong)(dong)幅度(du)(du)及波(bo)(bo)動(dong)(dong)次數,延(yan)長球罐(guan)(guan)壽(shou)命(ming)(系(xi)統壽(shou)命(ming)不低于(yu)20年),同時確保(bao)長時停機情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)保(bao)證系(xi)統能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠隨時啟動(dong)(dong)。內(nei)部(bu)設置環形(xing)塔(ta)式布水(shui)器(qi)結構,熱(re)(re)(re)(re)水(shui)型(xing)球罐(guan)(guan)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)系(xi)統斜(xie)溫層比率(lv)(lv)≤1:20,蒸汽型(xing)球罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)系(xi)統產(chan)出蒸汽干度(du)(du)不低于(yu)99%。系(xi)統可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)罐(guan)(guan)串(chuan)聯氮氣(qi)(qi)隔離冷(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)同儲(chu)(chu)技術(shu),實(shi)現(xian)同等情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)比傳(chuan)統的立式、臥式儲(chu)(chu)罐(guan)(guan)節約鋼材(cai)耗量(liang)30%以(yi)上,節約占地50%左(zuo)右,大幅降低設備、建安初投資;與(yu)傳(chuan)統冷(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)分罐(guan)(guan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統相(xiang)比,球罐(guan)(guan)數量(liang)減少近一半,大幅降低儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統整(zheng)體投資。

該系(xi)統采用水(shui)(shui)(shui)作(zuo)為儲(chu)熱(re)介質,同時實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)工質寬溫(wen)域儲(chu)熱(re),兼(jian)具規(gui)模化和(he)性價比優勢(shi),填補低參數工業蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽及規(gui)模化高溫(wen)熱(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)儲(chu)熱(re)技術空白。該裝(zhuang)置已(yi)在(zai)湖北應(ying)(ying)城(cheng)300MW級壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)儲(chu)能電(dian)站儲(chu)熱(re)系(xi)統、百威啤酒電(dian)鍋爐蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽儲(chu)能系(xi)統、新疆阿克蘇柯平城(cheng)市清潔供暖(nuan)項目中應(ying)(ying)用。
