智能型光熱電站設計理念
近(jin)期,中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)西北院牽頭承(cheng)擔(dan)的(de)中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)集團重大科技專(zhuan)項《太陽能熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)設計、裝備制造及施工(gong)建(jian)造系統集成技術(shu)研(yan)究》項目通(tong)過(guo)科技成果鑒定。中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)西北院針對(dui)光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)多(duo)云天氣運(yun)維難度大、發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達標難等(deng)技術(shu)難題,以光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)全過(guo)程數據采集、傳輸、分析和(he)輸出(chu)的(de)“數據鏈”為(wei)基(ji)礎,創新開(kai)發光(guang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)“數字(zi)(zi)孿生”性(xing)能分析平臺,通(tong)過(guo)建(jian)立數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)模(mo)型(xing)、性(xing)能評估模(mo)型(xing),實現發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)預測、運(yun)行(xing)優化(hua)等(deng)可視(shi)化(hua)仿真分析,確保電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)在多(duo)變環境和(he)不同工(gong)況下的(de)運(yun)行(xing)安全,讓AI成為(wei)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運(yun)行(xing)操作人員的(de)“副(fu)駕駛”。
中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)建(jian)(jian)西北院在行(xing)(xing)業內率先提出“感知精確(que)、預測精準、數字孿生、AI支持(chi)、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)靈活、操(cao)作簡便、聚能優異、經(jing)濟高效”的新的智能型光熱電(dian)站建(jian)(jian)設理(li)念(nian)。這(zhe)標志著中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)建(jian)(jian)西北院已經(jing)從傳(chuan)統光熱發(fa)(fa)電(dian)設計(ji)院向(xiang)“智能型光熱電(dian)站系統集成商”的技術轉型,強力推(tui)動太陽能熱發(fa)(fa)電(dian)產業蓬勃發(fa)(fa)展。
業績豐碩
中國電(dian)建西(xi)北院(yuan)積極探(tan)索風能、太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能、生物質能、地熱(re)(re)能等新(xin)的(de)能源利用方式。開展(zhan)了青海、甘肅、新(xin)疆、西(xi)藏等多個省(sheng)、自治區的(de)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)能熱(re)(re)發電(dian)規劃、勘察設(she)計和(he)EPC總承包工作,在(zai)光(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)站系統設(she)計、工程建設(she)、性能評估(gu)、運(yun)行(xing)優化(hua)等方面形成了鮮明的(de)技術特色,具備建設(she)一流智能型光(guang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)站的(de)全(quan)過程系統集(ji)成服務能力。
近年來,中國電(dian)(dian)建(jian)西北院共完成光熱發電(dian)(dian)可研設(she)計(ji)總裝機容量(liang)3000MW,勘察設(she)計(ji)750MW。目前正在(zai)開展承擔青(qing)海(hai)共和二期、三峽能源青(qing)豫直(zhi)流、國能青(qing)海(hai)共和等(deng)多個百兆瓦(wa)級光熱發電(dian)(dian)項目EPC總承包建(jian)設(she)工(gong)作(zuo)。
