在(zai)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)領域,重(zhong)點圍繞風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、葉(xie)(xie)片、塔架(jia)(jia)等組(zu)(zu)(zu)織實施(shi)科(ke)技(ji)項(xiang)目和技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)發(fa)攻關,“十四五(wu)”以來,實施(shi)了(le)混(hun)凝土與(yu)鋼(gang)結構(gou)混(hun)合型風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)塔架(jia)(jia)工藝(yi)、6MW級風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)葉(xie)(xie)片成型技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)平臺主(zhu)梁(liang)H型鋼(gang)設(she)計加工、短期風(feng)速(su)混(hun)合預測模(mo)型研(yan)究等省級以上重(zhong)大(da)(da)專(zhuan)項(xiang)、重(zhong)點研(yan)發(fa)、自然科(ke)學基金(jin)、中小(xiao)企業創(chuang)新基金(jin)項(xiang)目4個,獲得(de)扶(fu)持資(zi)金(jin)366萬元(yuan)。遴(lin)選組(zu)(zu)(zu)織實施(shi)智能化風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葉(xie)(xie)片模(mo)具(ju)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)開發(fa)、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)碳刷打磨裝置、輕型加強板式(shi)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)塔架(jia)(jia)制(zhi)作、大(da)(da)型風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)偏航(hang)(hang)校正(zheng)測試系統(tong)研(yan)發(fa)、風(feng)機(ji)偏航(hang)(hang)制(zhi)動盤修(xiu)復技(ji)術(shu)(shu)攻關等市級揭榜掛(gua)帥、科(ke)技(ji)支撐項(xiang)目10個,落實引導(dao)資(zi)金(jin)169萬元(yuan)。通過項(xiang)目實施(shi),大(da)(da)功率風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)優化組(zu)(zu)(zu)裝、大(da)(da)兆瓦級風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)用葉(xie)(xie)片成型技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、智能偏航(hang)(hang)變槳系統(tong)等關鍵部(bu)件的設(she)計研(yan)發(fa)取得(de)了(le)實質性進展。
在光(guang)伏領域,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)圍(wei)繞光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)池片生產(chan)技術改良、晶硅組(zu)(zu)(zu)件(jian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換效率提升、工藝技術路(lu)線(xian)優化等(deng)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)科技項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)和(he)技術研(yan)發(fa)(fa)攻關,“十(shi)四五”以來,實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)了(le)(le)硅微粉活化生產(chan)關鍵技術、光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)智(zhi)能監測關鍵技術等(deng)省級重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)研(yan)發(fa)(fa)計劃、中小企(qi)業創新基金(jin)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)2個(ge),獲得扶持(chi)資(zi)金(jin)35萬元。遴(lin)選組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)兆瓦級光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)智(zhi)能監測、分布(bu)式(shi)光(guang)伏應(ying)用(yong)(yong)技術、高效晶硅組(zu)(zu)(zu)件(jian)等(deng)市級科技支撐項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)4個(ge),落實(shi)(shi)引(yin)導資(zi)金(jin)40萬元。通過項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi),推進了(le)(le)光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)熱成像、無人(ren)機巡(xun)檢、數智(zhi)化車間(jian)生產(chan)等(deng)先進技術的推廣運(yun)用(yong)(yong),提高了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的數智(zhi)化運(yun)維和(he)高功率組(zu)(zu)(zu)件(jian)生產(chan)線(xian)自動化水平(ping),突破了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)(zu)(zu)件(jian)工藝技術路(lu)線(xian)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換,實(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)光(guang)伏組(zu)(zu)(zu)件(jian)更優的系統價值、更低的度電(dian)(dian)(dian)成本、更高的發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)收益。
在光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)領域,重點圍繞熔鹽聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)發(fa)電、光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)提升等(deng)組織實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)科技(ji)項目和技(ji)術研發(fa)攻關(guan),“十四(si)五”以來,實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)了(le)高(gao)溫(wen)熔鹽聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)發(fa)電和儲熱(re)調峰、太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電用(yong)超白浮法(fa)(fa)玻璃生產等(deng)省級科技(ji)重大專(zhuan)項、自然科學基金項目3個(ge),獲得扶持(chi)資(zi)金606萬元。遴(lin)選組織實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)線性(xing)(xing)菲(fei)涅爾光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)電站性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)提升、光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電高(gao)溫(wen)防腐涂(tu)層(ceng)材料等(deng)市級科技(ji)支撐(cheng)計劃項目3個(ge),落實(shi)(shi)(shi)引導資(zi)金25萬元。通過項目實(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi),聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)偏(pian)差非線性(xing)(xing)補償算(suan)法(fa)(fa)改(gai)進、集熱(re)回路最(zui)優溫(wen)度(du)協同控(kong)制、超白浮法(fa)(fa)玻璃產品(pin)(pin)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)提升等(deng)技(ji)術取得明顯(xian)突破,發(fa)電效率進一步提高(gao)。
在(zai)氫(qing)(qing)能領域,重點(dian)圍繞電解(jie)水(shui)(shui)制氫(qing)(qing)、天(tian)然氣管道(dao)摻氫(qing)(qing)等組(zu)織(zhi)實施科(ke)技項目(mu)和(he)技術(shu)研(yan)發攻關,2022年,玉(yu)門油(you)田“氫(qing)(qing)氣摻入(ru)天(tian)然氣輸(shu)入(ru)和(he)應用的研(yan)究”市級科(ke)技“揭榜掛帥(shuai)”項目(mu),由中石(shi)油(you)工程材料研(yan)究院(yuan)成(cheng)功(gong)揭榜,落(luo)實市級科(ke)技研(yan)發資金(jin)100萬元。今年以來,依托玉(yu)門油(you)田氫(qing)(qing)能產(chan)業鏈主,組(zu)織(zhi)申報甘(gan)肅省(sheng)氫(qing)(qing)能產(chan)業創新聯合體、光能耦(ou)合非連續性(xing)電解(jie)水(shui)(shui)制氫(qing)(qing)、低成(cheng)本(ben)PEM電解(jie)水(shui)(shui)制氫(qing)(qing)等省(sheng)級重大(da)項目(mu)3個。
在智慧(hui)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)領域,重點圍繞智慧(hui)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)、智能光伏電(dian)站等(deng)(deng)組織實施(shi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)和技(ji)(ji)術研發攻關,“十四五”以來,實施(shi)了電(dian)能質量并聯型UPQC一體裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)1個,獲得扶(fu)持(chi)資(zi)金10萬元。遴選(xuan)組織基(ji)于離網(wang)(wang)運行(xing)模式(shi)的(de)源(yuan)網(wang)(wang)荷(he)儲(chu)一體化高效(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)力消納、風電(dian)場(chang)可靠性與能效(xiao)(xiao)評估(gu)及技(ji)(ji)術改進、基(ji)于標識解析在新能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)行(xing)業的(de)應用與推廣等(deng)(deng)市級科(ke)技(ji)(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)3個,落(luo)實引導(dao)資(zi)金45萬元。通過項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實施(shi),實現了新能源(yuan)大(da)數據中心的(de)標識解析技(ji)(ji)術在新能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)行(xing)業產品(pin)設計、零部件(jian)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、整機裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配、風場(chang)電(dian)廠管(guan)理及后服務市場(chang)等(deng)(deng)全產業鏈(lian)中的(de)應用研究及推廣,打破了新能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業上(shang)下游(you)產業鏈(lian)信息孤島,提升了電(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)智能化水平。
