CSPPLAZA光熱發電網訊:據(ju)中國石化(hua)新聞(wen)網報道,3月(yue)的(de)江(jiang)漢平(ping)原,天氣回暖,一片綠意盎然。3月(yue)10日(ri),江(jiang)漢110千(qian)伏鹽化(hua)工(gong)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站20兆瓦光伏項(xiang)目(mu)施工(gong)現場,工(gong)作人(ren)員正(zheng)在(zai)忙碌地(di)進行場地(di)平(ping)整工(gong)作。該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)是該(gai)油田(tian)目(mu)前規模最大的(de)一個光伏項(xiang)目(mu),預計6月(yue)30日(ri)并(bing)網發電(dian)(dian)(dian),年發電(dian)(dian)(dian)2000萬千(qian)瓦時。“該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)建成投用(yong)(yong)后,將有力緩解夏季高峰用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)緊張局面,降低用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)成本,為(wei)鹽化(hua)工(gong)做大做強、延伸產業(ye)鏈提供綠電(dian)(dian)(dian)支撐。”江(jiang)漢油田(tian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣儀表專家周立(li)志介紹(shao)。
2020年(nian)以來,江漢油(you)(you)田(tian)積(ji)極踐行(xing)(xing)綠色低碳(tan)發展(zhan)戰略(lve),多元(yuan)化(hua)開(kai)發光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風能、地熱取(qu)暖等清潔能源。截至目前,已(yi)累計(ji)消納綠電(dian)(dian)(dian)1.52億千瓦時,減排二(er)氧化(hua)碳(tan)8.86萬噸,節(jie)約電(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)2800萬元(yuan),盤活閑置土地730畝(mu)。綠電(dian)(dian)(dian)占油(you)(you)田(tian)年(nian)度總用電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)比例從(cong)2020年(nian)的(de)0.2%,提高到(dao)2022年(nian)的(de)9.5%。“利用光(guang)伏(fu)能源開(kai)采原(yuan)油(you)(you),既能實(shi)現清潔低碳(tan)生(sheng)(sheng)產,還能有(you)效(xiao)降(jiang)低碳(tan)排放和生(sheng)(sheng)產運行(xing)(xing)成本(ben)。”油(you)(you)田(tian)生(sheng)(sheng)產運行(xing)(xing)管理部(bu)生(sheng)(sheng)產保障(zhang)室副主(zhu)任羅進(jin)軍(jun)說。
土地(di)(di)(di)(di)是光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)最為寶(bao)貴的資(zi)源之一(yi),油(you)田作為獨立工(gong)礦區,有著(zhu)豐富的閑(xian)置(zhi)土地(di)(di)(di)(di)資(zi)源。2020年以來,油(you)田加強閑(xian)置(zhi)土地(di)(di)(di)(di)資(zi)源集(ji)約(yue)節約(yue)利用(yong),結合油(you)田老區地(di)(di)(di)(di)面系統優化提(ti)效工(gong)作,積極(ji)引入國有光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)企業,創新開展“光伏(fu)+”項(xiang)目建設(she),以能(neng)源合作管理模式(shi)共(gong)同開發(fa)利用(yong)新能(neng)源,統一(yi)規劃(hua)、分步實施,打造一(yi)批碳中和示范場站。油(you)田作為業主,提(ti)供項(xiang)目用(yong)地(di)(di)(di)(di)及(ji)配套電(dian)網設(she)施,就地(di)(di)(di)(di)并網消納清潔能(neng)源;合作方提(ti)供投資(zi),負責建設(she)運營(ying),經濟效益雙方共(gong)享(xiang)、互利共(gong)贏。
“按照(zhao)規劃,江(jiang)漢(han)油田將分(fen)三期開發(fa)50余處分(fen)布式光伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)設施,建成(cheng)后光伏并(bing)網將累計(ji)突(tu)破100兆瓦(wa),年(nian)(nian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)能力超1億(yi)千瓦(wa)時(shi)、碳減排(pai)5.7萬噸,每年(nian)(nian)可降低購電(dian)(dian)成(cheng)本2900萬元。”江(jiang)漢(han)油田規劃專家(jia)金燕波給記者算了一筆(bi)效益賬。
下一步,油田將利用閑置土地資源,繼續探索“光伏+余熱”“光熱+谷電蓄能”“光熱+小風電”“風光儲一體化”等模式,推動生產過程化石能源消耗逐步向新能源轉換,有效滿足油田(tian)新增新建油氣生(sheng)產和鹽化工發(fa)展用電需(xu)求,推(tui)動油田(tian)“逐綠”前(qian)行。
