CSPPLAZA光熱發電網訊:寶武清潔(jie)能源(yuan)(西(xi)藏)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)(si)就(jiu)西(xi)藏扎布耶源(yuan)網荷儲(chu)一體化綜合能源(yuan)供應(ying)項目蒸汽發生系統、空(kong)(kong)冷系統采購發布中(zhong)標(biao)公示,CSPPLAZA平臺(tai)常(chang)務(wu)委員會員單位(wei)——西(xi)子(zi)清潔(jie)能源(yuan)裝備制造(zao)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)(si)(簡(jian)稱(cheng)西(xi)子(zi)潔(jie)能)中(zhong)標(biao)蒸汽發生系統、上(shang)海電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)斯必克工程技(ji)術有(you)限(xian)公司(si)(si)(簡(jian)稱(cheng)上(shang)海電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)斯必克)中(zhong)標(biao)空(kong)(kong)冷系統。
據此前招(zhao)標公(gong)告(gao)顯示,蒸汽發生系(xi)統(tong)成套裝(zhuang)備,主(zhu)要設(she)備包(bao)括:
1、蒸(zheng)汽發生(sheng)系(xi)統再熱(re)器(qi):發卡式(shi),換熱(re)器(qi)管側(ce)介質(zhi):蒸(zheng)汽,殼側(ce)介質(zhi):導熱(re)油,額定工況水側(ce)吸熱(re)功率:17.7MW;
2、蒸汽(qi)發生系統過熱(re)(re)器:臥式(shi)、管(guan)殼(ke)式(shi),換熱(re)(re)器管(guan)側介(jie)質:蒸汽(qi),殼(ke)側介(jie)質:導熱(re)(re)油,額定工況水側吸熱(re)(re)功率:16.6MW;
3、蒸汽(qi)發(fa)生系統(tong)蒸發(fa)器(qi):臥式(shi)、管殼(ke)式(shi),換熱器(qi)管側介質:導熱油,殼(ke)側介質:水/蒸汽(qi),額定工(gong)況水側吸(xi)熱功率:76.6MW;
4、蒸汽發生系統汽包:儲存容(rong)量:≥15m3,額定工況(kuang)排(pai)污量:1.59kg/s;
5、蒸汽發生系(xi)統預熱器(qi):臥式、管殼式,換(huan)熱器(qi)管側介(jie)質:水,殼側介(jie)質:導熱油,額定(ding)工況(kuang)水側吸熱功率(lv):12.6MW。
空冷系統技術規格為:
1、直接空(kong)冷系統整體設計及(ji)供貨的設備及(ji)附屬(shu)材料應(ying)在極(ji)端最(zui)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度28.5℃和極(ji)端最(zui)低溫(wen)(wen)度-26.1℃范圍內(包括(kuo)極(ji)端溫(wen)(wen)度)能安(an)全(quan)運行;
2、環(huan)境風(feng)(feng)速不(bu)(bu)大(da)于5m/s時,風(feng)(feng)機達到其最(zui)大(da)供風(feng)(feng)能力時,能提供空冷凝汽器不(bu)(bu)小(xiao)于2.0m/s的平均迎風(feng)(feng)面風(feng)(feng)速;
3、在(zai)機組(zu)運行(xing)情況下,當環境溫度在(zai)低于0℃時,應(ying)保證凝(ning)結(jie)水系統(tong)(tong)及抽真空系統(tong)(tong)不(bu)結(jie)凍;
4、最低負荷時(shi)(shi)當環(huan)境溫度(du)在(zai)低于0℃時(shi)(shi),應保證凝結(jie)水系統及抽真空系統不(bu)結(jie)凍。
此(ci)外,該項目為可再生能源(yuan)(yuan)孤網系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),由電源(yuan)(yuan)(光(guang)熱(re)+光(guang)伏(fu))、負荷(電、蒸(zheng)汽)、儲能(儲熱(re)+電化學(xue)(xue)儲能)、變配電和控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)構成的熱(re)電綜合(he)能源(yuan)(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),包含光(guang)熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)40MW,光(guang)伏(fu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)容量(liang)35MW(交流側),電化學(xue)(xue)儲能20MW/40MWh,主要為扎布耶碳酸鋰廠提供(gong)孤網運(yun)行、電網應急、綜合(he)能源(yuan)(yuan)等一(yi)攬子調(diao)度(du)運(yun)行方案。
