烏蘭縣認真貫徹“四地”建設總要求,依托縣域資源稟賦,推動烏蘭鹽湖產業、清潔能源產業、生態旅游產業、綠色有機農畜產業邁出新步伐、取得新成效,力促縣域經濟高質量發展。
一(yi)、鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)產業(ye)提(ti)質增效。緊(jin)盯鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)資源創新(xin)鏈(lian)、產業(ye)鏈(lian)、價值鏈(lian)、科技鏈(lian),編制《烏(wu)蘭縣(xian)建(jian)設(she)世界級(ji)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)產業(ye)基地(di)行動方案(an)》,推(tui)動以鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)資源為(wei)核心的(de)鉀(jia)、鈉、鎂、硼等(deng)循環(huan)(huan)化(hua)產業(ye)基地(di)建(jian)設(she)取得新(xin)突破(po)。累計投資1680余萬(wan)(wan)元,打造“鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)+”綠色低碳(tan)循環(huan)(huan)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)產業(ye)生(sheng)態,各類食用鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)、工業(ye)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)等(deng)產能從(cong)130萬(wan)(wan)噸提(ti)升至250萬(wan)(wan)噸。搶抓(zhua)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路(lu)”等(deng)政策(ce)機(ji)遇、利用“青洽會”等(deng)平臺載(zai)體,不斷(duan)提(ti)高“茶卡鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)”知名度,增強縣(xian)域鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)化(hua)產品國內外市(shi)場競爭力。
二、清(qing)潔能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)產業(ye)提能(neng)(neng)添(tian)量(liang)。大力推進(jin)“源(yuan)網荷(he)儲”一(yi)體(ti)化工(gong)(gong)程建設,擴大新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)整裝開發基(ji)地規模,構建風能(neng)(neng)、光(guang)伏(fu)、光(guang)熱、儲能(neng)(neng)為一(yi)體(ti)的新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)產業(ye)體(ti)系(xi)。實(shi)現(xian)風電(dian)(dian)裝機容(rong)量(liang)500兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)、光(guang)伏(fu)裝機容(rong)量(liang)220兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa),新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)發電(dian)(dian)達10.56億(yi)千瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)。不斷擴大光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)裝機容(rong)量(liang),完成(cheng)東(dong)大灘50兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)平價(jia)光(guang)伏(fu)項目基(ji)本建設內容(rong)。全力推進(jin)化學(xue)儲能(neng)(neng)前期準備工(gong)(gong)作,申報新(xin)建儲氣罐(guan)先進(jin)壓(ya)縮空(kong)氣儲能(neng)(neng)示(shi)范項目,預(yu)計投(tou)資(zi)57.17億(yi)元。
三、生(sheng)(sheng)態旅游(you)(you)(you)產業(ye)提速(su)擴面(mian)。全面(mian)融(rong)入國際生(sheng)(sheng)態旅游(you)(you)(you)目的(de)地建設,積(ji)極(ji)構建“一心、兩核、多(duo)節點”全域旅游(you)(you)(you)發展格(ge)局,不斷深化與主要客源(yuan)地和各旅游(you)(you)(you)目的(de)地的(de)合(he)作交流。整合(he)茶卡(ka)鹽湖(hu)、天(tian)空壹號、德(de)都蒙古風情(qing)園、茶卡(ka)旅游(you)(you)(you)小鎮、莫河駱駝場(chang)等(deng)優勢旅游(you)(you)(you)資源(yuan),豐(feng)富紅色游(you)(you)(you)、鄉村游(you)(you)(you)、沉浸式體驗游(you)(you)(you)等(deng)旅游(you)(you)(you)業(ye)態,“大茶卡(ka)”國際生(sheng)(sheng)態旅游(you)(you)(you)綜合(he)體格(ge)局初步形成。構建公共文(wen)化服(fu)務體系(xi),加強蒙古族傳統(tong)銀器制作技藝等(deng)“非遺(yi)”文(wen)化成果活化利用(yong),推動(dong)非遺(yi)文(wen)化進景區,促進文(wen)旅融(rong)合(he)發展。投資3.2億元建成2.2萬平方米茶卡(ka)游(you)(you)(you)客服(fu)務中心,極(ji)大改善(shan)了(le)烏(wu)蘭生(sheng)(sheng)態旅游(you)(you)(you)基礎設施和服(fu)務功能(neng),智慧化旅游(you)(you)(you)邁出新步伐。
四、綠(lv)色(se)有(you)(you)(you)機農(nong)畜(chu)(chu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)提檔升級。推動綠(lv)色(se)有(you)(you)(you)機農(nong)畜(chu)(chu)產(chan)品品牌建設,申(shen)報藜麥米有(you)(you)(you)機農(nong)產(chan)品認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)1個(ge)(ge)、基(ji)地認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)1.43萬畝,農(nong)畜(chu)(chu)產(chan)品綠(lv)色(se)食品認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)13個(ge)(ge),注冊“金子海”“雪珠(zhu)”“牦牛山”等枸(gou)杞商(shang)標(biao)7個(ge)(ge),茶卡羊獲得國家(jia)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)部(bu)農(nong)產(chan)品地理標(biao)志認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)。建成6000畝有(you)(you)(you)機枸(gou)杞種植基(ji)地,3個(ge)(ge)千畝級枸(gou)杞核心(xin)示范區,建成枸(gou)杞、藜麥、駝乳(ru)等吧(ba)生產(chan)線10條,枸(gou)杞、藜麥加工(gong)及育種基(ji)地3處(chu),綠(lv)色(se)有(you)(you)(you)機農(nong)畜(chu)(chu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展集約化、產(chan)業(ye)(ye)化程度(du)進一(yi)步提高(gao)。
