4月9日,中國電力規劃設計協會組織召開了視頻會議,對公司完成的“塔式太陽能光熱發電站設計技術研究與應用”科技成果進行了鑒定。鑒定委員會由中國工程院院士岑可法、全國工程勘察設計大師沈又幸等五位專家組成。中國電力規劃設計協會副秘書長郝士杰出席會議,公司總經理、項目第一完成人許繼剛代表公司致辭。
由岑可法(fa)院士(shi)領(ling)銜的(de)(de)鑒定委員會(hui)聽取了(le)項目組的(de)(de)研究(jiu)工作總結(jie)報(bao)告(gao)、技術(shu)報(bao)告(gao)、查新報(bao)告(gao)、應用情況(kuang)報(bao)告(gao)、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)和(he)社會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)分析報(bao)告(gao),查閱了(le)相(xiang)關資(zi)料,經(jing)質詢和(he)討論,一致認為課題組提交的(de)(de)技術(shu)資(zi)料齊全、數據詳(xiang)實(shi),符合(he)成(cheng)果鑒定要求,項目對塔式太陽能(neng)光熱發電(dian)站設計技術(shu)進行了(le)深入系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)研究(jiu),形成(cheng)了(le)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)設計體系(xi)(xi),規范了(le)設計標準(zhun),助(zhu)力“碳(tan)達(da)峰、碳(tan)中和(he)”目標的(de)(de)實(shi)現,該項目成(cheng)果整(zheng)體達(da)到國際領(ling)先(xian)水平。
本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)屬于(yu)新能(neng)源太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)技術(shu)領域,主(zhu)要(yao)完成(cheng)(cheng)單位(wei)包括中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)能(neng)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)集(ji)(ji)團有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司工程研(yan)究院、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)力(li)工程顧(gu)問集(ji)(ji)團西北電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)計院有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、東(dong)方(fang)電(dian)(dian)氣集(ji)(ji)團東(dong)方(fang)鍋爐股份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、內蒙(meng)古電(dian)(dian)力(li)勘測(ce)設(she)計院有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)責任公(gong)(gong)司、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)力(li)工程顧(gu)問集(ji)(ji)團有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)能(neng)源建(jian)(jian)設(she)集(ji)(ji)團新疆電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)計院有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司。項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)組結合國(guo)(guo)內外塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)實踐(jian),對關(guan)鍵技術(shu)進(jin)行(xing)專題(ti)研(yan)究,形成(cheng)(cheng)了塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)綜(zong)合設(she)計技術(shu),主(zhu)編(bian)IEC標(biao)準、國(guo)(guo)家標(biao)準等(deng)10余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),取得發(fa)(fa)明專利授權14項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),取得軟件(jian)著作(zuo)權2項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),編(bian)制專著1部,發(fa)(fa)表(biao)論(lun)文20篇,編(bian)制專題(ti)技術(shu)報告14篇。主(zhu)要(yao)技術(shu)應(ying)用于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)哈密50MW塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、玉門鑫能(neng)50MW熔鹽塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、盾安(an)敦(dun)煌100MW太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、浙江(jiang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)控敦(dun)煌100MW等(deng)的(de)(de)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)工程等(deng)的(de)(de)咨詢、設(she)計和建(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),總容量占國(guo)(guo)內同類裝機容量的(de)(de)90%以上(shang)。此外還在摩洛哥努奧三期(qi)150MW塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式光熱(re)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、迪拜DEWA 100MW塔(ta)(ta)(ta)式太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲得應(ying)用。
