中控太陽能章顥繽:光伏+光熱可在高比例可再生系統中發揮作用

3月(yue)16日,“第(di)六(liu)屆中(zhong)(zhong)國能(neng)源發(fa)展與(yu)創(chuang)新論(lun)壇(tan)”在(zai)京召開,浙江中(zhong)(zhong)控太陽(yang)能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)有(you)限公司副總裁章顥(hao)繽在(zai)主題(ti)演講中(zhong)(zhong)指出,光伏+光熱可以實(shi)(shi)現大規模、低成本儲存、換熱系統(tong)(tong)和發(fa)電系統(tong)(tong)響(xiang)應電網的(de)需(xu)(xu)求,能(neng)夠實(shi)(shi)現按需(xu)(xu)發(fa)電,太陽(yang)能(neng)的(de)收集與(yu)發(fa)電過程已經實(shi)(shi)現解偶,不(bu)需(xu)(xu)要再看(kan)天吃飯。

章顥繽表示,通過中控太(tai)陽能研究,光(guang)熱發電(dian)在高比例(li)可再生能源電(dian)力系統中的(de)定(ding)位,一是成(cheng)為(wei)穩(wen)定(ding)、低成(cheng)本的(de)基礎(chu)負荷(he),二是成(cheng)為(wei)靈活(huo)快速的(de)調峰(feng)負荷(he),成(cheng)為(wei)電(dian)網安全運行的(de)守護(hu)者。


3月1日,國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)網提(ti)出碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和、碳(tan)(tan)達峰行(xing)(xing)動(dong)方案,其中(zhong)提(ti)到加快光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)技術推廣(guang)應用(yong)(yong)。章顥繽表(biao)示,中(zhong)控太(tai)陽能做了大量技術方案研究,光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)+光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)多能互(hu)補(bu)電(dian)(dian)站,可通過特高壓(ya)線路(lu)輸出到外(wai)省,考慮到高壓(ya)線路(lu)的(de)過網費,仍具備(bei)外(wai)良好(hao)的(de)外(wai)送經濟(ji)性:光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)負責白(bai)(bai)天(tian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),早晚光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)不(bu)足時,光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)利用(yong)(yong)熱(re)鹽發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)進行(xing)(xing)補(bu)充,以(yi)滿足白(bai)(bai)天(tian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)需求;光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)白(bai)(bai)天(tian)不(bu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)或低(di)負荷運行(xing)(xing),白(bai)(bai)天(tian)利用(yong)(yong)集熱(re)系統進行(xing)(xing)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re),光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)可為光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)提(ti)供廠(chang)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian),光(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)可利用(yong)(yong)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)系統將光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)中(zhong)的(de)棄電(dian)(dian)進行(xing)(xing)存(cun)儲(chu)(chu)。


章顥繽(bin)介紹說,在極端(duan)天氣情(qing)況下,光(guang)熱還可配置(zhi)天然氣加熱爐(lu),加熱熔(rong)鹽,一旦(dan)發生極端(duan)天氣時(shi)(shi)(shi),光(guang)伏、風(feng)電(dian)都無法工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi),天然氣可在極端(duan)天氣下進行補(bu)燃發揮重要作(zuo)用,大大增強(qiang)電(dian)網的安全性。中(zhong)控(kong)技術研究了光(guang)伏+光(guang)熱的多種配比方(fang)案,從中(zhong)優選(xuan)適合(he)的方(fang)案,方(fang)案按照(zhao)負(fu)(fu)荷曲線:上(shang)限(xian)(xian)按照(zhao)光(guang)伏+光(guang)熱互(hu)補(bu)系統容(rong)量的80%設(she)置(zhi),超過上(shang)限(xian)(xian)的電(dian)量用于熔(rong)鹽儲能,結合(he)某(mou)地(di)(di)送端(duan)季節性電(dian)量差異及(ji)特高壓線路(lu)制定送電(dian)曲線,冬季白天12點(dian)至15點(dian),夏季白天10點(dian)至晚(wan)上(shang)17點(dian),考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)滿容(rong)量送電(dian),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的升降負(fu)(fu)荷時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,晚(wan)上(shang)考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)由光(guang)熱滿負(fu)(fu)荷提供電(dian)能。當尋找到合(he)適的落地(di)(di)端(duan)后,將具備(bei)良好的外(wai)送經濟(ji)性。


章顥繽還表示,隨著未來(lai)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)的(de)成(cheng)本下(xia)降(jiang),在(zai)保證(zheng)系(xi)統經濟性的(de)條件下(xia),還可以進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提高光(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)(fa)電的(de)比例(li),使(shi)得多(duo)能(neng)互補系(xi)統具備更(geng)強的(de)調節(jie)能(neng)力。中(zhong)控德令哈5萬(wan)kw塔式光(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)(fa)電機組在(zai)沒有使(shi)用(yong)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)氣或其他補燃的(de)情況下(xia),連續24小時(shi)不間斷運行(xing)天(tian)(tian)數最長達12天(tian)(tian),同時(shi)在(zai)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)中(zhong)午(wu)大發(fa)(fa)時(shi),實(shi)現了(le)光(guang)(guang)熱降(jiang)負(fu)荷至15%運行(xing),而在(zai)早晚(wan)用(yong)電高峰光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)沒有出力時(shi),實(shi)現了(le)滿(man)負(fu)荷發(fa)(fa)電運行(xing),成(cheng)功驗證(zheng)了(le)光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)+光(guang)(guang)熱多(duo)能(neng)互補優勢。


據了解,中控太(tai)陽能成立于2010年,專(zhuan)業從事太(tai)陽能熱發電(dian)技術,之(zhi)前的研發投入總共6.8個億,現在(zai)已經有專(zhuan)利230項,發明專(zhuan)利168項;中控太(tai)陽能光(guang)熱發電(dian)核心技術獲(huo)(huo)得(de)德國(guo)宇航局等多個權威檢測機構認證獲(huo)(huo)得(de)最(zui)高級別評價。
