9月(yue)15日至(zhi)19日,在上(shang)海(hai)國(guo)家會展中(zhong)心成功舉辦(ban)的(de)第22屆中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)際工業博覽會中(zhong),由上(shang)海(hai)應用技術大(da)學城市建設與安(an)全工程學院教授程道來領銜研(yan)發的(de)“低倍聚光(guang)型(xing)太陽(yang)能熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯供裝(zhuang)置(zhi)”(CPV/T)精彩亮相。這一新裝(zhuang)置(zhi)使光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)熱(re)綜合轉(zhuan)換效率超過75%,而目(mu)前(qian)市場(chang)上(shang)普通太陽(yang)能晶硅電(dian)(dian)(dian)池光(guang)伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率一般(ban)不超過20%。
該(gai)研(yan)發團隊將(jiang)研(yan)究重點放在了如何使太陽能(neng)實現(xian)綜合(he)應用的同時盡可能(neng)提升效率,從而體(ti)現(xian)綠色(se)、節能(neng)、環保、安(an)全、健康。
團(tuan)隊技術骨(gu)干副教(jiao)授趙芳介(jie)紹,市場上普通太陽能晶硅電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率一般不(bu)超過(guo)20%,即照射(she)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)表面上的太陽能的大約(yue)有80%左右能量將會(hui)轉化成為(wei)熱能,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)溫度升高,從而導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉化效(xiao)率明(ming)顯下降(jiang)。
CPV/T關鍵技(ji)(ji)術點在于采用(yong)(yong)聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)跟蹤光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏發電技(ji)(ji)術,獲(huo)取數(shu)倍的光(guang)(guang)(guang)照強度,在相同的發電功率條件(jian)下,減(jian)少(shao)了光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏電池(chi)(chi)使用(yong)(yong)量,降(jiang)(jiang)低了光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏發電的成本;采用(yong)(yong)特殊結構和層(ceng)壓工藝(yi)的聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏電池(chi)(chi)組件(jian),具備熱(re)交換(huan)和溫(wen)控功能,確保晶(jing)硅(gui)(gui)電池(chi)(chi)片在60℃以(yi)下工作,解決了聚光(guang)(guang)(guang)帶(dai)來晶(jing)硅(gui)(gui)電池(chi)(chi)片溫(wen)升過(guo)高而降(jiang)(jiang)低其(qi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電轉化(hua)效(xiao)率的技(ji)(ji)術難題。
目前CPV/T已(yi)在上(shang)海青浦工(gong)廠建立測(ce)試示范樣機(ji),且在新疆(jiang)烏魯木齊、西(xi)藏(zang)、德令哈、多巴、雞西(xi)開展了示范項(xiang)目。
