截至2019年12月(yue)(yue)25日,青(qing)海中控德令哈(ha)50MW光熱電站(zhan)12月(yue)(yue)份(青(qing)海省電力公司(si)抄表月(yue)(yue)度(du)統計周期為(wei)上月(yue)(yue)26日至當月(yue)(yue)25日)總發電量1084.4萬度(du),發電量達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)率達(da)97.6%,創下電站(zhan)投運以來月(yue)(yue)度(du)發電量達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)率最高記錄。
運(yun)行(xing)(xing)記錄顯示,當月共(gong)(gong)有30天(tian),其中6天(tian)為陰天(tian)或(huo)雨雪天(tian),不(bu)能聚光(guang)集熱(re),實際(ji)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)24天(tian),其中共(gong)(gong)有12天(tian)單日(ri)(ri)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)超(chao)過(guo)100%,12月8日(ri)(ri)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)達111.1%。另外,12月5日(ri)(ri)至12月13日(ri)(ri),機組連續不(bu)間斷運(yun)行(xing)(xing)195.3小時,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)521.2萬度,期間平(ping)均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)達104.8%,同(tong)時創下機組連續不(bu)間斷運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時長、連續發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)及發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)三(san)項最高記錄。
青海(hai)中控德令哈50MW光(guang)熱電站于2018年(nian)12月30日并網發電,2019年(nian)上半年(nian)主(zhu)要進行項(xiang)目試運行與(yu)消缺,并按要求開展了水規(gui)總院組織的示(shi)范項(xiang)目技術(shu)驗(yan)收測(ce)試工作。
2019年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)下(xia)旬開(kai)始,電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入常規運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)階段(duan),運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)表現不斷提(ti)升。8月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)月(yue)(yue)(yue)度(du)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)首次超過(guo)1000萬(wan)度(du),達到(dao)(dao)1044.98萬(wan)度(du),月(yue)(yue)(yue)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)為83.2%;9月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)因電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)送(song)(song)出線路(lu)年(nian)度(du)例行(xing)(xing)(xing)停運(yun)(yun)檢修,以及青海省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力公司(si)組(zu)(zu)織對送(song)(song)出線路(lu)、匯集站(zhan)(zhan)和升壓站(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)全(quan)面檢修,要求機組(zu)(zu)停運(yun)(yun)或限負荷運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(負荷限至10-40MW),導致發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)受到(dao)(dao)較大影(ying)響(發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)496.3萬(wan)度(du),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)44.6%);10月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)開(kai)始,電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入性能(neng)考核期,當(dang)月(yue)(yue)(yue)DNI為170.9kWh/㎡,發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)1039.9萬(wan)度(du),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)85.6%;11月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)DNI為177.74kWh/㎡,發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)1241.7萬(wan)度(du),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)93.38%;12月(yue)(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)DNI為152.42kWh/㎡,發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)1084.4萬(wan)度(du),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)達成率(lv)97.6%。
值(zhi)得一提的是(shi),在(zai)電(dian)站開始進入(ru)性(xing)能考核(he)期(qi)(qi)后的第一個季度(du),機組平穩運行,性(xing)能表(biao)現漸入(ru)佳境(jing)。季度(du)累(lei)計DNI為(wei)501.06kWh/㎡,累(lei)計發電(dian)量(liang)3366.1萬度(du),季度(du)發電(dian)量(liang)達(da)(da)成率達(da)(da)92.1%,遠(yuan)超預期(qi)(qi),并達(da)(da)到(dao)了全球同類電(dian)站同期(qi)(qi)的最高水平。
對(dui)過去三個月(yue)的運(yun)(yun)行情況進行分析,發現(xian)對(dui)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)達成(cheng)率(lv)產生較大影響的因素(su)除了運(yun)(yun)行水平外,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與(yu)設備故(gu)障(zhang)是最主要的因素(su):11月(yue)份(fen)被限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)10天合(he)(he)計影響發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)90萬(wan)度(du),10月(yue)份(fen)和12月(yue)份(fen)各(ge)有一次(ci)設備故(gu)障(zhang)影響發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)合(he)(he)計65萬(wan)度(du),以上兩(liang)項總計影響發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)達成(cheng)率(lv)4.24個百分點。經與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網溝(gou)通,后續將(jiang)不(bu)再限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),而隨著運(yun)(yun)行團隊(dui)經驗的不(bu)斷積累、運(yun)(yun)行策略的進一步(bu)優化(hua),以及設備逐漸進入穩(wen)定期,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)達成(cheng)率(lv)將(jiang)繼續提(ti)升。
在即將到(dao)來(lai)的(de)(de)2020年(nian),中(zhong)控太陽能公司將再(zai)接再(zai)厲,進一步優(you)化運營策略(lve)、提升運行表現,使電站(zhan)盡早完(wan)全達(da)到(dao)甚至超(chao)過年(nian)度發電量達(da)成率目標,為業主創造更好(hao)的(de)(de)效(xiao)益,為同行帶(dai)來(lai)更多(duo)的(de)(de)信心(xin),同時(shi)為光熱發電贏得更多(duo)來(lai)自政府部門(men)、投資商、金(jin)融機構等的(de)(de)認可與支(zhi)持。
注:青海中控德(de)令(ling)哈50MW項目典型(xing)年(nian)設計(ji)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)1.46億(yi)度(du),典型(xing)年(nian)DNI為(wei)(wei)2043kWh/㎡。過去三個月累計(ji)DNI為(wei)(wei)501.06kWh/㎡,按照中控太陽能公司發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)計(ji)算(suan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)計(ji)算(suan),季度(du)理論發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)3655.69萬(wan)度(du);如(ru)果(guo)按照季度(du)DNI做簡單折算(suan)處理,那么(me)理論發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)應(ying)該為(wei)(wei)3580.75萬(wan)度(du)(14600萬(wan)度(du)*501.06/2043),與(yu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)計(ji)算(suan)值相(xiang)比(bi)偏小2%;如(ru)果(guo)考慮到冬季德(de)令(ling)哈晴天較多(duo)導(dao)致(zhi)效率較高(gao)的(de)(de)因(yin)素(su),那么(me)與(yu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)計(ji)算(suan)值的(de)(de)偏差將遠(yuan)小于2%,說(shuo)明發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)計(ji)算(suan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)的(de)(de)精度(du)還是相(xiang)當高(gao)的(de)(de)。
