國內首個聚焦太陽能中溫熱利用的專業技術會議召開

習近平總書記在十九大所做(zuo)的(de)報(bao)告全面闡述了加快生(sheng)態(tai)文明體制改革、推進綠色發展、建設美(mei)麗(li)中國的(de)戰略部(bu)署。可再生(sheng)能源在綠色發展中肩負重要歷史使命。


1月8日,以(yi)“創新(xin)驅(qu)動太(tai)陽能(neng)中溫熱(re)利(li)(li)用發展(zhan)”為主題的(de)2018太(tai)陽能(neng)中溫熱(re)利(li)(li)用技術大會(hui)在北(bei)京隆(long)重召(zhao)開。大會(hui)旨在通過(guo)與會(hui)產(chan)學研(yan)專家研(yan)討,探討以(yi)技術創新(xin)為驅(qu)動力(li)的(de)太(tai)陽能(neng)中溫熱(re)利(li)(li)用產(chan)業發展(zhan)之(zhi)路,以(yi)太(tai)陽能(neng)清潔熱(re)能(neng)應(ying)用助(zhu)力(li)綠色發展(zhan)。

本(ben)次大會(hui)(hui)由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)可再生能(neng)(neng)源學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)辦,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)可再生能(neng)(neng)源學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)熱(re)利用專業委員會(hui)(hui)、《太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)學(xue)(xue)報》、《太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)》雜志共同承辦,得到了全國(guo)(guo)太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)標準(zhun)化技術(shu)委員會(hui)(hui)、國(guo)(guo)家太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)水器質量監督(du)檢驗中(zhong)心(北(bei)京(jing))、國(guo)(guo)家太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)光(guang)熱(re)產業技術(shu)創新戰(zhan)略聯盟、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)節能(neng)(neng)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)專業委員會(hui)(hui)、國(guo)(guo)家重點研發計劃(hua)“藏區、西(xi)北(bei)及高原(yuan)地區利用可再生能(neng)(neng)源采暖(nuan)空調新技術(shu)”項目組、國(guo)(guo)家重點研發計劃(hua)“近零能(neng)(neng)耗建(jian)筑技術(shu)體(ti)系及關鍵技術(shu)開發”項目組得大力支持(chi)。此次會(hui)(hui)議也(ye)是為慶祝(zhu)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)可再生能(neng)(neng)源學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)成(cheng)立(li)40周(zhou)年(nian)舉(ju)辦的(de)第(di)一場紀念活(huo)動。

劉加(jia)平院士(shi)在《建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)與太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)利用(yong)》的(de)報(bao)告中(zhong)指出:建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)是能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源消耗的(de)重(zhong)要載體,約占(zhan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源消費總(zong)(zong)量的(de)20%。目前,我國(guo)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)運行商品(pin)年能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗總(zong)(zong)量為8億噸(dun)標(biao)煤,如果不(bu)控制建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)總(zong)(zong)面(mian)積和(he)推廣節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu),則總(zong)(zong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗有可能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)超過10億噸(dun)標(biao)煤。理論(lun)上(shang)(shang),建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)用(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)都可以通(tong)過太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)提(ti)供,其中(zhong)太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)提(ti)供生活熱水或部分提(ti)供,全國(guo)各地不(bu)分季節(jie)基本上(shang)(shang)都可以實現(xian),但是,在工程上(shang)(shang)要實現(xian)主被動太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)供暖和(he)太陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制冷(leng),以節(jie)約建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)采暖和(he)空調能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗,則需要通(tong)過技(ji)術經濟分析來確定。

譚天偉理事長結(jie)合其專業研究領域發表了《可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)多能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)互(hu)補驅(qu)動(dong)綠色生(sheng)物(wu)煉(lian)制(zhi)》主旨演講。他表示,比如化學(xue)工業和(he)(he)生(sheng)物(wu)質煉(lian)制(zhi)過程(cheng)一樣消耗能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),但(dan)目前仍主要(yao)采(cai)用傳(chuan)統(tong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電力(li)(li)、熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)生(sheng)物(wu)煉(lian)制(zhi)過程(cheng)具(ju)有較(jiao)高匹配度,諸如太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)蒸汽驅(qu)油(you)技(ji)(ji)術、可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)用于生(sheng)物(wu)質煉(lian)制(zhi)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)供應(ying)(ying),以(yi)及(ji)CO?固定和(he)(he)還原(yuan)提供驅(qu)動(dong)力(li)(li),聯合利用可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進行鄉村地區供暖/能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)等領域具(ju)有很好(hao)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用前景。可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)應(ying)(ying)用新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術需要(yao)突破(po),以(yi)推動(dong)高效儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)載(zai)體和(he)(he)儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)開(kai)發,太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、地熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)等可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)多能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)互(hu)補系(xi)統(tong)構建模(mo)式和(he)(he)與(yu)生(sheng)物(wu)煉(lian)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)耦(ou)合,高效能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)轉換技(ji)(ji)術如微生(sheng)物(wu)燃料電池技(ji)(ji)術發展。


可再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源利用(yong)(yong)不(bu)局限于電力應用(yong)(yong),還存(cun)在熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)等其它多種(zhong)利用(yong)(yong)方式。作(zuo)為可再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源應用(yong)(yong)的(de)一個重要(yao)分支,太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)(re)利用(yong)(yong)可分為低溫(wen)、中溫(wen)、高(gao)溫(wen)三大應用(yong)(yong)領(ling)域(yu)。太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)低溫(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)利用(yong)(yong)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)形(xing)式是太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)熱(re)(re)(re)水器及熱(re)(re)(re)水工程,已經實現了(le)規(gui)模化發展;太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)高(gao)溫(wen)熱(re)(re)(re)利用(yong)(yong)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)應用(yong)(yong)于熱(re)(re)(re)發電。


據專家(jia)介紹,中溫熱(re)利(li)用(yong)是介于低溫、高溫中間(jian),尚待深入開發的(de)新領域,特別在(zai)(zai)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)制(zhi)冷(leng)、太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)工農業(ye)用(yong)熱(re)、太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)海(hai)水(shui)淡(dan)化等方(fang)(fang)面,由(you)于其涉及的(de)領域最(zui)廣(guang),潛力最(zui)大,具有(you)廣(guang)闊的(de)應用(yong)前景。國家(jia)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源局在(zai)(zai)《太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發展“十三(san)五”規劃》明確提出,因(yin)地(di)(di)制(zhi)宜推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)制(zhi)冷(leng)技術,在(zai)(zai)東(dong)北、華北等集中供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)地(di)(di)區,積極推(tui)(tui)進太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)與常規能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源融合,采(cai)(cai)取集中式與分布式結(jie)合的(de)方(fang)(fang)式進行(xing)建(jian)筑(zhu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan);在(zai)(zai)集中供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)未(wei)覆蓋地(di)(di)區,結(jie)合當地(di)(di)可再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源資源,大力推(tui)(tui)動太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、地(di)(di)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物質鍋爐等小型(xing)可再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re);在(zai)(zai)需要(yao)冷(leng)熱(re)雙供(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)華東(dong)、華中地(di)(di)區以及傳統集中供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)未(wei)覆蓋的(de)長三(san)角(jiao)、珠三(san)角(jiao)等地(di)(di)區,重點(dian)(dian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、地(di)(di)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)制(zhi)冷(leng)技術。鼓勵在(zai)(zai)條件適宜的(de)中小城鎮、民用(yong)及公共(gong)建(jian)筑(zhu)上推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)區域性(xing)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)系統,建(jian)設太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)熱(re)水(shui)、采(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)和(he)制(zhi)冷(leng)的(de)三(san)聯供(gong)(gong)(gong)系統。2018年8月27日(ri)財政部(bu)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態環境部(bu)、住(zhu)建(jian)部(bu)和(he)國家(jia)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源局聯合發布通知,繼第(di)一批(pi)12個試(shi)點(dian)(dian)城市(shi)后,又有(you)23個城市(shi)入圍第(di)二批(pi)中央(yang)財政支持(chi)北方(fang)(fang)地(di)(di)區冬(dong)季清潔(jie)取暖(nuan)試(shi)點(dian)(dian)名單,將獲得中央(yang)財政支持(chi),太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)熱(re)利(li)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)清潔(jie)采(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)中具有(you)可挖掘的(de)應用(yong)潛力。


在兩天會議期間,專家(jia)在太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)集熱(re)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)最新(xin)進(jin)(jin)展、儲能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)進(jin)(jin)展、太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)熱(re)利用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究與市(shi)場化(hua)發展、太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)熱(re)利用(yong)在工農業及建筑供(gong)暖和空(kong)調中的應用(yong)、高溫(wen)平(ping)板集熱(re)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、跨季杰(jie)蓄(xu)熱(re)集中供(gong)熱(re)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)供(gong)暖制(zhi)冷(leng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、太(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)中溫(wen)標準(zhun)的國際(ji)化(hua)、檢測(ce)與應用(yong)等方(fang)面進(jin)(jin)行了深入探討,與會代表表示(shi),報告水(shui)平(ping)高、接地(di)氣,參會收獲良多,受益匪淺,希(xi)望參加下(xia)一屆大(da)會。


最后,大會舉行了(le)頒(ban)(ban)獎儀式。殷志(zhi)強(qiang)、馬重芳、李申生、鄭瑞澄四位老專(zhuan)家獲得了(le)“杰(jie)出貢獻人物(wu)獎”,為太(tai)陽(yang)能中溫熱(re)利用相關(guan)的(de)12個技術與(yu)工程項目頒(ban)(ban)發了(le)創新獎,11篇論文獲得了(le)優(you)秀論文獎,獲獎論文將被(bei)推薦到《太(tai)陽(yang)能學(xue)報》《太(tai)陽(yang)能》雜志(zhi)在6個月(yue)內優(you)先發表(biao)。
